I bought mine over two years ago on Amazon for about $20. I cleaned the area really well before application, and have had no problems. They are not faded. The picture made them look like that.

  5. Can the new Reo truck compete with Maverick?

No real pictures! No real truck. A 95% chance this truck will never be a reality. I remember the two person trike from @ 15 years ago. They supposedly had a plant..yada! Yada! yada! I often wonder how many suckers put a deposit down on that?!

  7. Best Vent Visors / Vent Shades/ Wind Deflectors?

I have these on three vehicles, and they are stick-ons. I buy through Amazon, and the ones on our 2022 CR-V even have chrome to match the car's trim. Since I made sure they have genuine 3M adhesive I have had no problems with them sticking. They do add a bit of "wind whoosh", but most do that...

  11. Local Dealer Vs Local Auto Repair Shop Oil Change/Tire Rotation/General Checkup

I had my oil changed by a local shop yesterday, after my local dealership could not find my warranties, and three(3) free oil/rotation/general checkups I was told I had. The dealership is up to $149.00 per hour, and I was told it would be two(2) hours, plus they listed semi-synthetic oil. So, I...

I paid for mine in total the day I picked it up. My wife and I owe nothing except monthly pays. At seventy-three I like to stay busy too, but do appreciate some naps, movie and sports time on TV.
  13. No longer in the MTC.

I wish you well with that,........but my best man has had two years of problems with his Ranger. Since he doesn't need the extra weight cabilities of the Ranger, he is considering going back to a Honda Ridgeline, of which, he has had four since their introduction.

  15. Advice on 2025 XLT Pricing

In Ohio the $500 would have to be listed as : additional dealer profit, or something similar . The document fee is ridiculous. That crap is all on computer, and is spit out like bad chewing gum!

2024 XLT Hybrid. Starting third year of ownership early June. Just under 5K miles; avg 40.8 mpg. Garage kept and winter stored on battery minder. It is only driven from May though October. Mostly a fun vehicle. I have not hauled much.

  19. Noticeable ‘buzz’ in gear..

It is most likely the hum that is being put in all electric and/or hybrids, so that pedestrians can hear your vehicle approaching.
  20. Spotted this classic keeping its cool… 🕶️

I bought a Pigenus Sunshade for my 2024 Honda HR-V from Amazon. It has four layers, as opposed to one or two on competitors shades. It keeps the heat from transferring through the shade. The best part; it keeps the dark dash and steering wheel from getting hot. I don't really need one in Ohio...
