me too, currently at the dealer, hoping for word this evening

update: just heard from the dealer, they will start with 12 volt battery replacement, (per what is implied is Ford's measured protocol for my case i.e. dozens of deep sleep messages after 3K miles on Hybrid XLT built ~4/8/22, one recognized instance of cab lights out, but always starting to date)
I had 4 messages. The Maverick was sitting for a week no issues. A week later, I get three messages within 2 days. no start issues. Dealer tested battery and stated it failed. Battery should be in tomorrow. Hoping to pick up Saturday. FE Hybrid.

9-service center working days in: apparently battery not replaced, but charged ... and BMS sensor replaced ... so now awaiting "30-mile drive and overnight period" prior to re-check of charge ... (so, after the weekend)
Oh, & latest software updates, too ...

Kinda' like to get my truck back though ...

Did you have any luck? I have put my visits to the service department on hold because they don't have any answers yet. I am just living with the nearly daily d.s.m. messages and the often not working interior lights, etc. I am still getting d.s.m messages even soon after a 20 mile drive.

Did I have any luck? ... well, sort of ...

After the two weeks at the dealer, their pronouncement was, " ... (the scores of deep sleep messages) ... were due to the 'aftermarket' BlackVue DR900X-2CH Plus dash cam ...."

I have made these observations since getting the truck back: 1) the multiple deep sleep messages have largely ceased ... but not entirely, as I have gotten a few since getting the truck back. 2) the cabin lights continue to fail to come on when opening the door.

So what did they do at the dealership that significantly decreased the incidence of deep sleep messages, especially as the dash cameras are still in everyday operation?

As I understand it: Battery was charged and tested, BMS sensor was replaced, software was updated.

So far, things seem to be better ... though I am not certain that a fully satisfactory resolution has actually been achieved with these limited interventions ... but since this particular 'squeaky wheel' has substantially quieted, my focus, such as it is, has turned to the several other daily crises life offers. That said, I continue to monitor the issue, with one 'pet peeve' observation having been made ...

Prior to these interventions, I enjoyed the instantaneous feedback of the dash's blue "Electric" mode notification illuminating whenever achieving that mode ... now, it is no longer illuminating this notification after those updates. However, despite my hunch that the ICE is running more than it did before this episode, the 'end of trip' summary attests to similar MPG results, with similar total electric miles.

Like I said, I continue to monitor.

I get the same message on my ecoboost 2.0, use a battery tender to charge it , message disappears for a couple of months.

For the record, I have no aftermarket accessories that affect the battery, unless they want to use my tonneau cover as a scapegoat. At least I have never had to leave my truck at my dealer for more than two days for them to do almost nothing.

I am willing to get a second battery tender at some point, (1st one is on the Indian Chief) but the 'Ole Ball & Chain has commandeered the Maverick Hybrid for 7-days per week use, so not a current option ... (nor should it be a requirement for problem free reliability, IMO)

Anyway, I should have added one point to my post above re: the Dealership's explanation as to the Multiple Deep Sleep messages: they believe the dash cams parking mode battery draw was "fooling the BMS" into deep sleep to prevent further unidentified draw ... ?

I started getting the deep sleep messages after about a month of short in town trips lasting 5-10 miles AND driving in eco mode. Messages stopped after I had to take a longer trip involving freeway driving 60+ mile round trip.

I'm wondering if that month of driving in mostly electric mode will drain the battery to the point it didn't get enough regen. I haven't experienced a dead battery though.

I wonder if there might be some below-nominal batches of 12v batteries. Mine was built a week before yours and tends to settle at little above 12-12.2v Even trying a BMS reset and increasing the charging target hasn't affected that. Last week charged the battery directly with two different AGM-capable smart chargers and it gets up to 14-ish volts in a few minutes wherein the charger declares it full, but off charge it then rapidly drops back down. Likewise "worst" I've had is it being slightly low enough the dash/interior lights didn't automatically come on when opening the door once. Otherwise just a handful of times where being in and out while off has eventually resulted in a 'remote features disabled' alert.

Edit: Looks like from the similar threads @Hdang1980 and @mikellmikell also were late February/early March builds that had low 12v battery issues without a cable end failure.
I suppose you have fixed this but with 14.6-14.8 dropping shortly to 12.0-12.2 I would suspect a bad cell (2.475v +/-)?

Probably irrelevant to this but: I have a 2012 Honda crv that eats batteries. They will die just over or under 24 months. If I run daytime lights and fan at medium speed that is enough draw to keep the 12v bus at 14.4v if I turn them off it will run mostly at lesser voltage 12.2-12.5 and battery never sees 100%. Just doing that gets 36-42 months battery life. I have out of habit kept my fan on in my lariat hybrid first edition and my voltage monitor in dash power point will read 14.7-14.8v when I ready my truck. (FYI if truck is turned off ready and no 12v items are keeping draw above whatever keeps dc-dc converter active the voltage monitor displays the voltage SOC of battery). As the 12v battery gets closer to 100% the buss voltage is reduced to below 14v. I am unaware to the lowest it will go. It is super important to not overcharge a deep discharge battery. In any case I have not experienced a deep sleep shut down. Thinking about the dash cam draw on the 12v. Was the 8hour uninterrupted learning BMS procedure completed as this could possibly give the computer the anticipated draw down rate so it wouldn't think something was wrong. Then if HVB had enough charge the bms would allow 12v battery to be maintained????

I took delivery of my hybrid XLT LUX three weeks ago and my Blue electric dash lights up when I start off and it goes off when ice starts and never relights until I turn off truck and start another trip. I assume a software tweak was done.

Does the ice keep running when you stop for a traffic light or stop sign? Mine goes to electric at each stop and any down hill if I let up on accelerator , even level road if I keep the power meter below first mark.

The needle goes into the green and I will have about 28-30% electric miles but the only time I see the blue electric word on dash is when I first turn on to ready state and it stays there until ice comes on. It may be that ice is on at idle and battery is not warmed up enough. I probably am running in hybrid mode mostly as I quite often will show 3-12%(🤷?) with 20-23% acceleration Power usage and am getting around 42-45mpg per trip usually in slippery mode (which Regen brakes less and coasts further at speed). Down hill green vehicle is lighting up on the slightest downhill when foot is off go pedal. Oh! Forgot to mention only have 400 miles on truck so ???
Never see blue electric until reready of truck.

Mine, may change, this I a lot different from wife's hybrid lariat first edition. This one is still on dealers gas. Also I haven't checked the voltage at the dash power point yet.
