I received the updated springs today and they look to be much different. I will give them a go once the weather breaks.

Post up some pics, I asked Eibach for some but haven't gotten a response from them yet.

This is unfortunate to hear. I never opened my box since the 1st week they were released. I wonder if they'll take returns.
I agree. Mine are still boxed up. Now I am trying to figure out what to do.

Hello everyone, we have finally been able to determine that there is enough variance between the production chassis components and our springs to cause interference in the scenario that both are at opposites ends of their tolerance allowances. We have designed a completely new front spring to account for this variance and they have already been tested on multiple vehicles with success. They should be available as early as next week. Thank you for your patience in allowing us proper time to diagnose and remedy a solution. Please contact the sales team at eibach.com if you are experiencing any noise issues currently.
I have a set of these Eibachs I bought for my AWD when they first came out. I have not yet intalled them. I am wanting to just return them and not deal with this. Since it's been awhile, will Eibach take them back in an unopened box?

Great. So you sold a defective untested product. A product I paid to have installed. Now I have to pay to have the corrected springs installed. I'm more than a little pissed off at this crap.

I ordered mine this week. Said they would send them right out.

Makes me happy they stand behind their product once they found a potential problem.

I’ll report back once I get them and instal them.

Thanks for posting those. Looking at my pics they don't look that much different except they removed the isolator sleeve. The part number is different, so I am very curious...

Where the isolator is in the first edition springs the coils are close together. The coils on these are nowhere near close to each other.

I actually just looked back thru the pics again and the part number is the same. I see the difference lies where the isolator was. Those 2 coils are more roomy now. Which begs the question of is the drop going to be the same with the same spring rate as before?

It’s crazy that with such a big name company like eibach they won’t answer any questions about what the difference is between the new springs and also is there are different part numbers so you will know what springs you have. Especially when there is someone what works for them on this forum.
