I think they left the part number the same for Marketing reasons.

Yes, you will. If you leave the stock bump stop in it with a drop spring you are losing that 20mm of travel they want you to cut off. Thus it will bottom out even more.
Gotcha but interesting to cut only 20mm, my instructions for my AWD springs E10-35-057-02-22 indicate to cut 35 mm from the cone side on the existing front bump stops. By the way thanks for starting this tread!!

I don't have my instructions handy, but I could've swore it was to cut 20mm off of them. Whatever the directions say is what my installer did.

I hated to start the thread, but felt it needed to be started.

Are they going to send you the new updated front springs?
I am not sure at the moment, I am waiting to hear back from the guy. I sent my whole kit back to them and installed the H&R Springs. I wouldn't mind trying out the new springs, but I hate to keep dumping money into this truck. It was never meant to be anything other than a daily driver so my Mustang could be my toy.

Yes new spring. Less coils and no isolator in the middle.
Can you reply back after you get the new coils underneath, and give it a test ride. Please let us know how it rides, and if the clunking is gone. I'd like to get the revised front springs and stay with the Eibach kit, but if these revised springs dont fix it I'd prefer to return the kit and get H&Rs

How did it ride afterwards. Enquiring minds want to know.
Have not had a chance to do anything. Had a bad storm here friday night which collpased my skylights in the garage, spent the day cleaning up the mess. Thinking the rain was over i didnt cover the holes and it rained again overnight, now my shop is flooded again. Luckily Home Depot has the panels so today i will be repairing that. Maverick will have to wait.

I just got word from Eibach and the new spring should have a J/Q stamped on it. If anybody has the old springs that cause the noise reach out to [email protected] and they will replace them with the new ones.

They are sending me a new kit also, I just found that out. I knew they would get to the bottom of it, it would just unfortunately take a lil time and trial and error. I hate I was having the issues, but I am kind of proud to know I helped them out with coming up with a resolution for this issue. They are a true enthusiast company and they make top notch stuff.

Hey Everyone, thank you for your patience while we look into this. I didn’t want to respond until we had some more information.

Rest assured we’re looking at this now, but we still need to find someone who is local and currently experiencing the noise concern so we can further inspect. If so, please shoot me a PM.
MAC_Detail has kinda ghosted in the last couple of days. He PMed me about the springs. I sent an email to Eibach using their posted link in my PM along with pix, and nothing. Email was sent on friday. It was a direct buy from Eibach.

Are you going to replace the H&R springs with the new eibachs?
Yes, they are shipping them directly to my installer and he and I will set up a date to get it done.

Would J/Q appear also on the part #? I was looking at their website and didn't see "new version, improved or redesign" just wondering.
No, it would appear on the springs as a pic of the new springs was posted. Right beside where it says Eibach, it says J/Q

Nice! Looking forward to hearing what you think of them compared to the H&R. I know you said the old eibachs rode better but curious how the new springs will ride.
