I have not done the battery reset, reading on other's experiences, does not look to be a long term fix. "Deep Sleep" has come and gone with the colder weather. I am just waiting for the answer to the problem, FROM FORD. After all the information Ford has gleaned from "Deep Sleepers" I find it INCONCEIVABLE that this is still a mystery. We are talking over a year and tons of "Deep Sleepers", that have shared their stories.
Does it feel like the "Deep Sleepers" are waiting for that fix that coming in TWO WEEKS. Fake news.

Still no fix for deep sleep issue and dome light yet huh?
Not that I'm aware. I do believe you can still turn them on manually. I put up a couple of small LEDs that are touch activated. Included one for the rear seat. Thinking about getting another set for the engine compartment.

BMS reset fixed the issue for me for maybe a week. The battery got replaced a few weeks ago and I've had no issues since then.

Only time will tell...

You can't, they are disabled in deep sleep. At least mine were last night.

Ok, well, that clears that up. I should have looked in the horse's mouth before posting how many teeth I thought it had. LOL.

Update: So, I went ahead and 'opened the horse's mouth' so to speak, and found out that the dome light will come on in deep sleep by pressing on the lens. Mind you, only one comes on at a time, but at least you get some light. Rear light remains off, though.

My Ecoboost went into deep sleep yesterday - Previously the dealer replaced the battery with an AGM and replaced the fuse box that's in the engine bay. Kinda getting tired of charging issues. Put a charger on it last night and will do the BMS reset (again)

Still no issues for me. Suggest folks having issues visit their dealers and have them do additional tests so the dealer can then send a request to Ford for the battery to be replaced. Sounds like that's not working for everyone though.

Ya, it's weird how some vehicles are affected and others not so much. Almost as if the Maverick was human. (Cue the "Christine" theme)

Not a long-term solution, but you should be able to tap on the light and turn it on manually.

Fully charge the 12v battery with a charger then perform the reset. Your battery is low...

I just trickle charged the battery though. I will trickle charge it again and then do the reset again to be sure. Wait for my good news
