They’re super common in the SF Bay Area as well. Looking to order a Hybrid Lariat, but I’m holding off on ordering mine until I see if there are any color changes for ‘26.

I only mention because when the Maverick was first launched, it was a smash hit with every special order or retail order flying off the lot, many over MSRP.

Nowadays, Mavericks can be seen at virtually any dealership. Last I checked, my dealer had a small batch, even with slight discounts.

Despite six months of production (really eight months since production started in November) they should be far more common than they are.

I think some of it stems from drastic price hikes, high interest rates, no rebates, and the love/hate relationship with the refresh.
Wish I was where you are. My dealership only had a handful of XLs and EcoBoost XLTs, and only 1 hybrid XLT, and that was the best lineup of any in my area. Luckily when I went they had 1 hybrid Lariat in a color I like already en route to the dealership so I didn't have to wait as long, even if I did have to pay for a few upgrades I wasn't initially planning on.

The Employee A/Z-Plan price of a 2025 XLT Hybrid with ONLY AWD as an option, including destination, is shown below.

Combination of both low supply and low demand. The F-series production is still approximately 6x Maverick numbers even with the ramped up Maverick production in the last year.
Dealers stock what sells and they prefer to make lots of money. No-brainer to stock tons of high end F-150s in the ultra-wealthy areas. Profit margin on an $120K F-150 Raptor R could be up to $50K. Maverick profit margin is a small fraction of that.
I'm up in Daytona & dealers around here definitely have 2025's in stock, but as mentioned they aren't high profit margin so the big money trucks are all on the lots while the Mavericks are in off-site storage locations which have lower cost/sqft storage costs.

I know you said f-series but ford only produces about 750k f150s annually - so that excludes heavy duty trucks - and thy are on pace for almost 200k mavericks.

2026 already? I feel like we just started 2025. They've only been on the market for half a year.

BTW, to this day, I rarely ever see them. Maybe one fleet truck here, an XLT there, and a Lariat once in a blue moon. Lobos and Tremors are virtually non-existent, at least around here. The '22-24s are far more common.
Yes...if you look around, alot of manufacturers "swing the factory" over on or around July 1st. All the boat manufacturers already have ordered 2026 models on the way to the dealers here in Texas or already in the showrooms for sale. I saw Honda announced today orders for the 2026 ATVs...with the UTVs to follow next week or so. You can't even order a 2025 anything at this point....maybe with a few exceptions.

Imagine that - 3 years of production versus 6 months of production = far more common.

Sales numbers don't lie - they are on pace to produce 200,000 MY2025 Mavericks. Probably come up short and finish north of 180,000.

Pretty sure they only did around 75k in 2022, 95k in 2023, and 135k in 2024.

So by the end of 2025 there will be well more than half of all 22-24s on the road as 2025. By mid year 2026 the 22-24s will be outnumbered.
I remember the days when people used to stop me on the road back in 22 and take photos and ask questions, I had a very early XLT FX4 with every option, am now driving a 25 black Lariat Hybrid with black package and still get some comments, the black with a ceramic finish looks great all the time rain or shine, I do a 5 min towel off after it rains and truck sparkles, People think I wash it every day, haven't washed it in months.

Apples to Oranges. Plus an XLT F-150 with tow pkg still going to cost 50k

Order guide usually comes out within 24 hours of the order banks opening.
for MY25 there was a revision in Oct/Nov (I can't recall, exactly) that dealerships got that they were strictly warned not to provide to end customers or post publicly. if you look, even the version hosted here on MTC (dated August '24) says 'proprietary'.

I wonder if we're going to get a 2026 order guide at all?

Every year had an order guide. It helps dealers show what is available.
