I've never had this in a vehicle,
One of the things that our brains do is mercifully block memories.

I have seen frothy pinkish fluid from the motor.

but I have utterly blanked out where it came from!

The '02 E-150 after an elbow on a rod failed and thrashed through the block? [most likely, I think]

The '93 Fleetwood when the transmission went nutso? [and later, as I was disassembling from below to clean out, dropped dozens of ball bearings on my face?]

The lawn mower that I realized, in hindsight, had been pulled from the line, fixed in some way, and put back for sale as new? [the crankcase came full, but dropped it all by the second use?]

One of the Cadillacs the my daughter, now dubbed "____, the Cadillac slayer", killed within a couple of months?

I guess I'm better off with this blacked out . . .

He won’t see that until the valve guides and or the oil and compression rings fail, and they will.
Or,
The turbo bearings will likely overheat first.
Engine oil passes through two tiny one inch long screen filters before getting to the turbo bearings. It will clog up in short order.

If any one thing I’ve stated is correct that ice is in its final hours.
100, 200, 500 miles to go maybe.
No turbo on the hybrid

Is this normal and or is there something to worry about....
It is normal given the circumstances (cold weather etc), but it is also normal to worry about it when you see it on your cap. If you have not looked at your cap yet - prepare yourself:)

I had a lexus rx 300 about 15 years ago that I put 245k on. Awesome car. When I asked my mechanic if it was advisable to change the oil and filter every 3K even though I was using Mobil 1 full syn, he said, Yes, because the top end runs hot and you get some foam build up. What he showed me looked just like the pics in this string. I don't know much about engines, but I followed his advice for over 200k with that car and it ran like a top the whole time. Just sayin'.

I've seen this happen under the oil cap of my vehicles during periods of extreme cold. I have a very short commute to work, and the engine doesn't get to full operating temperature until the weekend.
I just do shorter oil change intervals, and all of my vehicles have been fine.

Unlike the op though, my vehicles haven't lost coolant while this is occurring. Op needs to get his vehicle back into the service center ASAP.

This is not uncommon for hybrid vehicles as the engine doesn't warm up fast enough if the trips are short. As I noted before if it is cold enough the PCV valve will be stuck - specially in freezing temps and the condensation (sweat) will not evaporate out of the block (PVC should be check for operation) or simply the engine is not getting hot enough to burn it off.

Attached is a TSB from Toyota pointing out this problem on their hybrid models
MC-10252251-9999.pdf

Moisture from blow-by gases condenses and accumulates in the engine oil during short trips in extreme cold weather. When the moisture in the oil freezes, the oil pressure may drop, and the aforementioned warning indicators may display. Figure 2. Engine Oil (Milky/Discolored)

Quite a few posters in this thread have reproduced the stated conditions without getting the foamy oil cap, so it's not an inevitability. It's difficult to trust that it's not harming the function of the oil itself when in that state... there a quite a few posters here that refuse to trust the oil life monitor and insist on a 500 mile break-in change, and then every 3,000 miles regardless of oil life. I'd be interested in their reaction to seeing it on their cap 😄
