Honestly, it's probably just an overreach towards under promising/over performing. I don't know if you've noticed,but most folks expect it built and in their driveway 47.5 minutes after placing the order.

Well I'm glad I'm more reasonable. In my book they still have another 4.5 hours according to my amazon 8pm same day delivery standards....

Shocked to find my order today! I ordered on September 3 at Sam Galloway Ford. I'm getting a base Velocity Blue Lariat Hybrid with the tow connector, outlet, and hood deflector. I canceled the splash guards and spray in liner to get an earlier build, and it worked I haven't tried to negotiate yet, so right now, I'm paying MSRP. We'll compare to see if X Plan or first responder plus Ford Points, ect. Is better.

Hmm. Same as mine except no hitch but spray in bed liner. I got a confirmed received order email on 7/19. Arghhh. Patience. I need more of that

Ordered two. One for my wife and one for me.

first order with Area 51 hybridXL with floor liners and trailer hitch receiver. Reservation was 6/11 and order was confirmed 6/14. That build was just scheduled for the week of 11/1.

second order was not placed until 9/13 and was a cactus grey xl 2.0 with the trailer hitch receiver only. Scheduled today for week of 10/25.

Looks like mine will be a Xmas baby

Seems like I've only seen build dates to the week of Nov. 8. I thought they were scheduling out to the end of Nov. this week? Probably means that next week may be a clean up week with no one scheduled again until 9/30?

After I received my VIN and followed the link to track the order, it was interesting to see that the order date they had in there was not the original order date from beginning of August but the one from end of August where I did my last change on my order.
