Thanks. I have had mine since April 2022. Still can’t imagine any better for the price.
Hope you love yours as much as I do.
I’m in Anderson.
Great to hear your positive experience. I'm in Carmel and I'll own the Mav for awhile until my son's gen 1 Ridgeline dies or my 6G Ranger Raptor actually shows. We loved the Ridgeline as a family, so functional - looking to the Mav to be a great replacement. Cars are my hobby and excited to have a truck again in the fold.

I've got the Bully step. As others have noted, this is to protect the rear of the truck in parking lots and at traffic lights. I have no illusions it'll protect in a high-speed impact. Then again, if I get rear ended at high speed, I'll be happy to be alive and happy to let the insurance company total my truck so I can go get a brand new one.

Also, as another noted, even though the Maverick is not high off the ground, this step really makes it easy to get into the bed because it's set off from the bumper and you have room to swing your other leg over the tailgate.

I've got a USAF logo on my Ranger hitch and will move it to the Maverick when I get it.

Total agreement!!! I have the WeatherTech rubber bumper and it saved me when a lady in a brand new Mercedes hit be stopped at a Red Light. Zero damage to me or my rubber WTech bumper, but easily $2,000 to $3,000 of damage to her plastic front bumper and grill.
A similar thing happened to an associate recently, only he drives an F250 Super Duty Power Stroke Diesel with a 2 1/2" drop hitch. Not a scratch on his truck. The BMW will need some front bumper work.

I have the weather tech bumpstep that's made out of plastic, and will break before any real damage could hit the frame. I agree the metal ones are a bad idea though.

Just ordered one of these on ebay from BestBuy with free shipping for $30.99. They have them on clearance but not in stock on the regular BestBuy site.

I know there has to always be some oddball in the forum who does something real odd. This time it is me. I know you are not ready for this but I PUT A RECEIVER HITCH AND BALL IN IT LIKE IT WAS DESIGNED FOR. I know that shocks most of you, but I did it anyway.
I have one, but I do NOT leave it in the receiver. I keep it under the back seat. I have busted my shins one too many times on that darn thing! It hurts. A LOT!
