This and the fact there were so many cancelled 2022 orders that needed to be "prioritized" (they've been scheduling those for a few weeks now) also pushes out most 2023 brand new orders except for EB engines without constraints.

Last week I didn't get my "you've been scheduled" email till 10pm PST/1am EST so just keep that in mind. They might be late again this week with emails.
