  1. Ford Maverick Review by Santa Cruz owner

I’m a Mav to SC convert. No issues here in western NC. Glad I got the SC for towing. The hybrid Mav I gave up on could not have pulled the 3000 lb stump grinder/trailer I needed last month.
  2. North Carolina Tonneau Cover, tailgate liner, bed liner, TPMS sensors, tailgate assist, OEM floor liners, rear mud flaps

Yes they are. Shipping from 28791 to 64068 is about $29 UPS ground. I want these gone so they’re yours for $15 shipping. Let me know. Thanks.
  3. North Carolina Tonneau Cover, tailgate liner, bed liner, TPMS sensors, tailgate assist, OEM floor liners, rear mud flaps

Let me check on that. Can't be too much, despite what Ford charges.
  4. North Carolina Tonneau Cover, tailgate liner, bed liner, TPMS sensors, tailgate assist, OEM floor liners, rear mud flaps

No longer own a Mav, so no longer need these parts. Prices do not include shipping. I’m in the Hendersonville NC area. Will accept payments via cashapp or Zelle. Pics of all items are attached. Here are the descriptions.......... * 4 TPMS sensors purchased from Tire Rack, never used. $50 *...
  5. Any Recommendations For Ford Service Near Charlotte NC

Can’t help with the air bag recall. For all else, take it to a Hyundai dealer.
  6. Looking for a white Maverick EB XL?

This must be why XL’s are constrained
  7. Maverick Ecoboost or Santa Cruz ? (If we don't get our Maverick Hybrid)

Having owned 2 Mavericks so far (sold each for a $6000 profit) and now owning the Santa Cruz, I can honestly say the ONLY thing that I miss is the hybrid engine mileage. But, since my driving needs have changed drastically, I don’t need to worry as much about the price of gas. The 2013 Sonata I...
  8. Private Offer BS - Walking Away - I'm Done

There are quite a lot of us out here in your shoes…….waiting over a year for a rollover only to find that Ford has screwed up the private offer. Just got my window sticker after 15 months. The private offer was there before but gone now per my dealer. He’s “contacting the rep to see where the...
  9. So done waiting...any ideas?

Thanks. I will say that the non turbo is underpowered but I don’t tow anything and I don’t drag race. I’ll take a NA engine any day over a turbo. Yes, great warranty also.
  10. Anyone who placed an order in 2021 still waiting for their Maverick?

ordered 10/21/21; 2022 VIN cancelled after 14 reschedules; new 2023 now in production; now own Santa Cruz but will buy the Mav to keep it away from the dealer selling then sell it myself
  11. So done waiting...any ideas?

SEL FWD activity package in sage gray. Much better build quality than a Maverick. Most of the options I needed/wanted. Nice comfy, truly quiet interior with better seats. Haven’t hit 1000 miles yet but mpg around town 22ish, highway 28-29ish. I’m no longer driving long distance and miles per...
  12. Finall got a a build date notification

17 months actually from order to build. Hope it works out for you. I'm at ONLY 15 months but I've gone in a different direction.
  13. So done waiting...any ideas?

I have a hybrid being built that I no longer need (bought a Santa Cruz).
  14. It’s here!

Hopefully they sold it to YOU and not someone else. Get better. The truck will wait.
  15. Hydroplaning Hybrid vs AWD EcoBoost?

Any vehicle can and will hydroplane at high speeds. It's just physics. Most of the folks I see that have spun out after a heavy rain either do not have good tread, were going to fast or are driving a 4WD/AWD vehicle. With the proper tires and sensible driving you should never have a problem...
  16. Ford needs to deliver as many Maverick Hybrids as possible

I guess I should have no problem selling my now "in production" hybrid that I no longer need. It's a HPR Lariat Lux BAP w/both CP360's. I'd really love to keep it, but I had to go in a different direction - Santa Cruz.
