I had left email and phone messages with my dealer with no response. Finally reached him by phone ~11AM today. He had recd messages, but not responded because while he could see my order '22 & '23 in WBDO, he had not been able to make changes. He offered to check again while I was on the phone. Both orders were still there, and he was able to make the changes we had discussed last week, and change the priority to 10, he submitted the order and it turned green and was accepted. He rechecked and the new 11/14 order was there and the '22 was gone. He said he would try to check for the "private offer" in Smart Vincent and also try to enter the Farm Bureau certificate. He was to send me a confirmation, but not yet received.
I tried to verify with Marketing and Customer Service, but they only can see that I have a '23 Clean unscheduled order. Back to square one after 54 weeks.

Couple notes on the transferred orders.
1. I noticed that the 22 orders with build dates for 1/9 are now gone, they are truly canceled.
2. Some of the transferred orders in priority 99 have a compatibility-unscheduled status and can't be edited at all and the priority can't be changed. I have an email into the Brand Manager to see when these orders will be amendable. I'll keep you posted on that in this thread. Edit: They are Lariat orders.
3. All the orders with Luxury Packages also have the optional Spray-in Bedliner and the Cleat Tie-Down Kit C selected. So you might have your dealer look at your order. If you didn't want these, you might have them de-select them. Remember, as I have said, there is a reason Ford removed these from the Luxury Package, they are causing delays.
4. On the Lariat Luxury Package, the orders already have the Co-Pilot 360 Assist Package selected on them and the Spray-in Bedliner and Cleat Tie-Down Kit C selected. See #3 for solutions.

Hope this helps everyone get their 22 now 23 order they way they want it built.
Hi Tim. My dealer helped me get my ‘22 to ‘23 conversion submitted today. My order was an XLT luxury, and he confirmed that the cleat tie down option C was already on my order. He said when he tried to remove cleat tie down option C, it was automatically selecting another cleat tie down (I think he said it was automatically selecting option B).

Do you have any tips for getting the cleat tie down options removed from a converted XLT Luxury order? I couldn't even find them on Ford’s 2023 Maverick builder website to see what they were, but I don’t think I particularly want them.

I just called my dealer to change my order. I need to change the color since Vel Blue is no longer available in 23. Also, I wanted to re add CP360. When the dealer submitted the change he got an error code SOB 3060 saying order is locked by SVS Commit Run. Whatever that means. I had a scheduled MY22 order with a VIN so I'm one of those that are in transition. Anyone else have this problem? He is going to check with his Dealer Support person.

That’s what I feared. My dealer missed the boat back in September, saying they didn’t know what I was talking about when the order banks were to close after a week. Now they say they don’t know anything about the Nov 30 deadline to submit new ‘23 orders for cancelled ‘22s. Read the sales manager the memo myself and it was news to him. Very frustrating, but alas perhaps a Mav Hybrid wasn’t meant to be.
Frankly, FORD is screwing up the process that FORD set up. So it is really hard to tell inept dealers from frustrated dealers.

I just visited my dealer and he showed me that my order is stuck on compatibility-unscheduled. He also put in an email with his Ford rep. Hopefully Ford gets back to you and him ASAP.

Yup. Seems that SOME orders are changeable and SOME orders are locked. Yesterday, Ford blamed an IT issue that was reportedly "fixed" around 4:30 EST. I don't know what Ford is blaming it on today. My dealer is becoming as frustrated as I am.

Well, the GM came out to assist the salesman in convincing me that they are still locked out of my order as of 10:15 AM MST here in BFE, Wyoming. Glad-handing, etc. Said that he had a call into "Ford".

I think he might understand that my biggest concern is getting the correct order submitted to Ford, but I am not sure. They promised to call me as soon as they can get into the order to deal with it. This is becoming a really ignorant process.
It is possible that some dealers or some configurations of Mavericks are still having issues??? I only had the one order to modify, and that worked, so my experience with this is limited!

Apologies if this is the wrong thread - My dealer is thus far completely unaware of any of this 22-23 transition/reorder news, tells me he needs to call his rep, doesn’t call back. Anybody have any insight as to whether I can go thru Ford to take my private offer price to a competing dealer? After 14 months I’m tired of the runaround and want to know if I’m going to get a Mav or not.
The dealer needs to read the updates on fmcdealer.....

Ford did change up the reps recently, and it has been harder to get in contact with someone. But the info is easy to find.

I think that the private offer may work at a different dealer..... But I don't think that it is possible for you to re-order your Maverick at another dealership. The system is closed for new orders.
If you find a dealer with a stock or declined retail Maverick to sell..... you can have them check and see if the private offer will work.

I just got back from my dealer. I told him some folks on this forum are indicating they were able to edit their orders and resubmit. My dealer has been trying several days now without any success. He however was able to edit a few of his XL and XLT orders, but not Lariat orders. He has a call out to the area Ford rep and is waiting for a response. He said he will continue to check on my order throughout the day. If and when he hears anything back from Ford or is able to edit my order, he will contact me. It's puzzling to me and my dealer why some dealers can make updates and others can't. ???????

Pretty sure @fordvideoguy said that MY22 production ends and MY23 production begins on Nov 23.
So yeah curious who is getting built that week? Have they been scheduled already?

I asked this question on your livestream:
I have a converted 22 XLT with hitch, spray in bedliner and CP360. What if anything should I remove to increase my chances of getting built?

The reply (as I heard it) said not to remove anything if I had been scheduled....

Do you think I should remove the liner?
If it a 2023 order already scheduled for a build week, nothing. If it is unscheduled 2023 order, I would remove the bedliner and hitch. They will hold up your order or take longer to schedule. Both can be added later. I'm not saying you have to just that if you remove them it will schedule faster if you do.

I noticed on our dealership's one affected order that the customer email did not transfer to the new order. So everyone might want to check with their dealers to have them make sure that their email is included in WBDO on the new order so that they'll get the production updates!
Good catch, I'll check them.

I'm happy for you but sad I'm not getting anywhere. :(
