Had to email dealer, since not a word on Monday's conversion. After 13.5 months with a $1000 deposit, the converted order was neither a priority or a concern. Customer service? Yeah, look behind the dealership, it's buried in a shallow grave.

Tommy on FB checked many times a day, no notifications just saw it was converted. It seems most dealers aren’t aware of any of this unless they are actively engaged in the process.
After hearing the word that orders were unfrozen, I raced over to my dealer and watched the sales manager verify the MY23 order and change my Priority Code from 99 to 10. Opted to not make any changes other than Velocity Blur to Atlas Blue and kept the 360 and hitch on the order.

All this done before 6:00pm EST. Lets hope that it gets scheduled now.
Did you also ad the CoPilot 360 assist if you want it?

Did you also ad the CoPilot 360 assist if you want it?
Not the person you responded to, but I added Lux and CP Assist to my Lariat order during this conversion. Slightly annoyed that the trailer hitch comes with the Lux package and the dealer couldn't figure out how to remove it, but here's to hoping it gets prioritized over standalone hitch orders or I get a credit if they decide to drop it.

You can't remove the hitch from any of the packages.

You can't remove the hitch from any of the packages.
I figured as much, it's just a pain that they moved a bunch of constraint items off the Lux package, only to find that trailer hitches are another constraint item soon afterward.

There was an IT problem that prevented dealers from modifying these orders. Our dealership that that mssg from our rep as well. The problem seems to have been cleared up around 4:30PM (EST) on Nov 16th. I was able to change priority code and resubmit the orders for our dealership @ 4:35.
Well, the GM came out to assist the salesman in convincing me that they are still locked out of my order as of 10:15 AM MST here in BFE, Wyoming. Glad-handing, etc. Said that he had a call into "Ford".

I think he might understand that my biggest concern is getting the correct order submitted to Ford, but I am not sure. They promised to call me as soon as they can get into the order to deal with it. This is becoming a really ignorant process.

You're not alone. Just got text from dealer at 10am est and my converted 22-to-2023 order is still locked up.

Ugh now I feel even worse. I did another chat and only gave my order number (not my 2022 VIN) like the first time. They said I do not have a 2023 order but I have a 2022 order and gave me my 2022 VIN…...oh no…….
I finally got a call from the dealer after several attempts. Our order is All set, order verified, 2023 in the system, scheduling remains after 11/30 for our new 2023. They are locked out from changing the priority to 10 right now but will do it when it opens. I feel better.

You're not alone. Just got text from dealer at 10am est and my converted 22-to-2023 order is still locked up.
Just spoke with my dealer. I was locked yesterday, but as of 1PM eastern he was able to get my build verified and moved to priority 10

I finally got a call from the dealer after several attempts. Our order is All set, order verified, 2023 in the system, scheduling remains after 11/30 for our new 2023.
Really, we won’t get any potential movement til we go priority 2. I’ll be watching to see when people start seeing them update. My dealer said he reached out to his rep to try and get it out to 2, but who knows

Got my updated build sheet this morning with priority code 10. Now to wait for scheduling....

Apologies if this is the wrong thread - My dealer is thus far completely unaware of any of this 22-23 transition/reorder news, tells me he needs to call his rep, doesn’t call back. Anybody have any insight as to whether I can go thru Ford to take my private offer price to a competing dealer? After 14 months I’m tired of the runaround and want to know if I’m going to get a Mav or not.

That’s what I feared. My dealer missed the boat back in September, saying they didn’t know what I was talking about when the order banks were to close after a week. Now they say they don’t know anything about the Nov 30 deadline to submit new ā€˜23 orders for cancelled ā€˜22s. Read the sales manager the memo myself and it was news to him. Very frustrating, but alas perhaps a Mav Hybrid wasn’t meant to be.
