Well appears fully loaded lariat lux buyers are going to pay a bit more with the private offer.

My Novemer 2021 Lariat Lux Hybrid (no options) was $31225

From updated pricing here that same truck today is
27955 Base Lariat Hyrbid
495 Alto Blue
610 Lux Package
495 Bed Liner Spray
170 Remote Start
225 Bed Rails
750 360 Assist
1495 Destination
--------
34,195

difference of $2,970. So with the private offer I would have come out of pocket $220 and be a part of the $h!tshow of receiving the truck with the dealers in control of order priority and with continued allocation model. Imagine they give you (2022 leftover) a priority 19 instead of 10? Imagine they give every new order (2022 or 2023) a priority 10? Imagine every dealer in the USA giving the order a priority 10? Some of the 2022 leftovers could be waiting another calander year for a truck. Hell. imagine the dealer screwing up your new COVP? It could happen.

I'm happy to have a VIN and hopefully get this thing before thanksgiving. Good luck to all.

I'm thinking the same. I went for the a free color. Build week is 10/10 for me. Private offer is still a lot better than ordering a 2023 for $3k more now though.

{cruise control vs CoPilot360...]...

I just want plain cruise control, no need for 'adaptive', on an XL.
I don't want XLT, Lariat, or SuperChromePimp packages.

I don't see it on order sheet.

Is plain cruise ctrl an option not shown on order sheet?

Cruise control is standard on the 2023 Maverick XL

Are we 100% on the XL getting cruise control this year? I haven't seen it written anywhere yet

My potential order difference. I have a VIN and should get a 2022, but the private offer would more than cover the cost difference.

I converted the price list image to Excel for those that prefer it to an image of the list.
Will somebody convert it to a PDF file so I can read it without opening any other program Or website.

I am finding that the "lightly equipped" 22 rollovers are very well covered by the $2750 and $1750 private offers.

It appears that the private offers were skewed higher by AWD/FX4 and Lariat versions. 23 orders for FWD XLT's with the private offer appear to be cheaper.
You are correct on the "some '23's are cheaper". I was a Jan XL order and I am paying $635 more for my '22 than a '23 with the private offer. I still have my printout from the build and price in Jan and it says the base was $19,995, but the Eco AWD was $3,305! All my other options are priced the same, so yea, I am basically paying extra to get it sooner. 😐🤷‍♀️

I've opened this on my phone and desktop, but can't see it. Where is everyone seeing what the color options are on the 2023?

What is the difference between regular CP360 and CP360 Assist? Full start/stop adaptive cruise, or something else? $100 difference seems incredibly cheap for that, other than taking a gamble on it being a constraint item (I think they plan for only 20% of builds to have Assist).

Also important to note if you didn’t want some of the items pulled from the packages, you might be several hundred dollars further ahead…

All in all, the private offer was an acceptable outcome without too much complexity, even if some loaded builds are a couple hundred more.
