It looks like I'll be one of the few that is literally paying more for my Lariat Tremor w lux pkg. My price was $38,000, and now my Lariat tremor would be only $34,855 w/same options. I guess it had to happen to someone. The good news is it's finally scheduled, which trumps anything else! Also, my dealer is not honoring MSRP on anything, but I worked out the add-on before I ordered. It will hurt a bit until I'm flying down Baja in that beauty! :)
Looks like $40k according to Ford website

I seem to have forgot from my 23’ order? Does my dealer send preview order for me to sign before order bank opens or after order bank opens?

I think if your MY2023 XLT build had a spray in bedliner (with free bed kit) and sliding rear window you are seeing the bite more... more of a function of packaging than price increases though. overall to build a comparable MY2024 XLT EB AWD my price is at about $3k more, so yeah 10% more.

Conversely, if you had a totally loaded Lariat, you might actually be paying less.
That's what I discovered, my lariat tremor fully specked out is about 1000 less for MY24

Now we're gonna get the real bitch fest...

Lariat went up almost $2900. The 2023 Lariat + Lux+ full CP360 package was 31,965. The 2024 equivalents is $34,855 but at least you get a power sliding rear window...

Quick edit- forget to add in the CP360 feature set that's now standard. Still a big damn jump
My 2023 has the power sliding rear window.

The private offer is based on your 2023 base cost, no options or packages. Because of the additional standard equipment for the Lariat they haven't announced how that will work.

You mean pre-order. Preview is something else. You have to sign your DORA or purchase order depending on your dealer or state along with the signature of the sales manager or general manager after they enter your order in the Ford order system. They need to make a copy of your drivers license for COVP.

I don't see how that'll work.

Just based on the base price increase, that'll mean I'll get more back than the total amount the increase including all the packages. This is because the options I previously selected is now included in the base price.

I very seriously doubt Ford will sell me a 2024 model cheaper than the same 2023 model.

Maybe they'll do the "whichever is less" scenario.

Thank you. The initial post showed a price of $34, 855 for Lariat Tremor. Not sure why they listed it like that but I am happy to know I saved $2000! Seriously can't wait for this truck. Interesting the new price and build where you have to get 4K towing to get the FX4 package. Basically they have increased FX4 to $1500. It's not the bargain it was supposed to be anymore. Cheers.

Go for the Lariat. I under-ordered my '23 XLT FX4 4K CP360 rear-slider Alto Blue, and never expected that I would miss the push to start button, as well as a power drivers seat, that both of my company-supplied vehicles had before I recently retired.

I plan to order a '24 Lariat next week. More equipment that I want/need, and I'll get the BAP in order to not get the Desert Brown interior, which will preclude me from getting the FX4 package this time.

Sad to see that you can't have a black interior unless you delete FX4. Between that and the necessity of ordering 4K towing, it makes a more expensive and difficult decision. Ford' isn't listening to their customers on this one. What a surprise!

Which customers? There are as many different opinions as there are customers. Which ones do they listen to? How about the ones that say give me all options and cut the price $5,000?

I was beat up on here for suggesting you needed to add The $1500 hybrid option to a
FWD Lariat. I just completed my 2024 Hybrid Lariat order at my Ford dealer. I argued the point with them but was told the $1500 needed to be charged for a hybrid. I hope the dealer is wrong and I get a correction. The 2024 is $7,030 more than the 2023.

This preview order sheet. I don’t remember if I signed before or after 2023 order banks opened? I haven’t received this to sign from dealer yet even though I let them know I will order again and they acknowledge.

I've had my hybrid xl (cp360/hitch) on order since 10/1/21. Dealer reordered for the 23. Now I've reordered same for 24. Had to change color due to XL limited colors. Dealer has copy of DL but I didn't have to sign. My purchase of the 23 (if built) or the 24 is contingent on Ford's private offer or price offset. I'm a mid aged retired veteran and only interested if its close to my original price. No argument or judgement re: value or fair price. Just my personal situation.

Looks like the build and price page added the 1500 back in for the hybrid powertrain.

That means the net difference is $4,025. Will we be getting this full amount back from Ford? It'll really hurt if we don't.

Just looked at the build and price page. Ford took the extra $1500 for the hybrid option back off.

That's good news.
