So does this mean all MY22’s are now scheduled and those without a VIN will be MY23?
If you take the chart at face value, yes. But we have seen cases where Ford Corporate says one thing but does something else. Case in point, the 12+ orders that FordVideoGuy saw scheduled last week when there was a claim they were already totally done scheduling for the year. Also some situations where it was claimed no more hybrid or lux would be chosen, yet some folks with those got scheduled. So does this mean all MY22’s are now scheduled and those without a VIN will be MY23?
9/15 -- Find a dealer who is ready to place your order that day and be ready yourself. So what is the current guess when new orders ( not rollovers) can be ordered for 2023 models—September 15, September 30, or other?Called a dealer here in New Jersey the other day and he told me October 22 which I assume is WRONG. Tens of thousands of orders will be placed ahead of buyers if that dealer keeps telling potential buyers that far out.
Seriously they haven’t done the f150 either … I guess they waiting for Detroit auto show ?This should be fun, Ford is going to actually need to release order guides and open the order banks in order to have something to schedule on 9/29.
I am sure they could build any version they have parts for and dealers would be more than happy to put them on their lots. The same goes if they have any left over capacity the last week of 2022 production. This should be fun, Ford is going to actually need to release order guides and open the order banks in order to have something to schedule on 9/29.
Yup. Can't wait to see my exact build minus one or two non-constraint differences sitting on a dealer lot with a $10k markup. Or maybe they'll sneak in another December or January order.I am sure they could build any version they have parts for and dealers would be more than happy to put them on their lots.
