I’m scheduled and might get delivery toward the end of June. After hearing all of these terrible dealer stories, I’m having anticipatory anxiety about my pick-up day. I don’t want to walk in with my pumped up Red Bull attitude unless really needed. So far, my dealer has been communicative and professional. Is that a sign that I’m in for a fight? Can anyone share their good dealer experience?

1.5 hours from the time I stepped on their property to when I was out with the truck. MSRP/X plan. When I declined the additional warranties, they moved on without acting like I had just bankrupted them.

In my opinion if you,ve had all good results up to now i would say you’re going to be fine.they can’t guarantee the pickup day and if they did then i would worry.from i read even ford can’t guarantee i delivery day to the dealer☺

Chapman Ford Philadelphia - Ordered via e-mail for under invoice and no deposit. 8 Months later picked up my Lariat Lux Hybrid and drove off the lot in 30 minutes. No hard sell on extras, paid exactly what was quoted when I placed the order.

I've read about an equal number of positive and negative stories. As LGA737 mentioned, Chapman is a fair option, Long McArthur is a stellar dealer and the negative ones are named by the individual posters in detail.

I will say a majority of folks don't tell about a routine and uneventful experience because it's not suppose to be compared to a trip for a root canal.

For my future reference I've gotten to know the people at LM and my local ones in case the service department needs to handle a recall, sell me accessories that ship for free to the dealer's address, get software updates since my Maverick won't have Sync or hardware capable of receiving Ford Power Up OTA's.

I posted about my great experience with Ken Garff Ford in American Fork, Utah on Saturday. Stuck to MSRP, honored Farm Bureau rebate and price protection, found me another $150 rebate to finance when I said I was willing to pay cash (rebates and original Ford financing would not stack - which I was expecting), no added fees, didn't hassle me about add-ons, etc. Paid exactly what I was quoted and in-and-out in about an hour, which included waiting to get the truck washed.

I have a $1,000 deposit and the MSRP price plus copilot, transportation, and dealer prep. I check weekly, and so far, I expect them t9 honor it. The only problem is that initially they offered 0% interest for 3 years. But he said that’s not available now. I still don have a build date.

My dealership is AutoNation Ford in Marietta, GA. I picked up my Mach GT in January after an 8 month wait. They were professional and kept me informed during the process and delivered my car at the original agreed price. At the time of pickup I ordered the new Maverick truck. They continue to treat me as a valued customer and keep in touch on the trucks progress. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience. No games. Price was correct. No add ons and didn’t play around at finance either. In and out in under two hours. Nothing but great things to say about my salesman and the dealer.

I haven't gotten mine yet, but one of the first posts on thread about good dealers was about my dealer, Fugate Ford in Enumclaw, WA. This will be my 4th vehicle from them, so I expect I'll be fine, but good to hear someone else's good experience.

Picked up our Truck today. Extraordinary and positive experience. Zero games, they expedited the PDI and truck cleanup, stayed late so we could pick up today. Then when we sat with Finance - they gave us exactly what we had agreed on our trade-in - and gave us the exact price we had agreed upon. In fact, they reduced the tag transfer fee. They offered 3 things: 1)Extended Warranty for $1480 2)6 Oil changes for $350 3)3 years of Tire protection for $250. We said no to all but the tire protection and 30 seconds later were signing the paperwork. Easy no haggle and as promised.

No problems with my dealer. Got the truck at MRSP, declined all add ons. They also had no problem giving me the finance rate from Jan. I was out the door in about a hour

I had no trouble at all at Oracle Ford in Oracle, Arizona. I won't waste time on all the details, but just say that everything happened exactly the way I wanted it to and it was very quick.
