Automatic passenger seat (I can trade the adjustable head rest on the Lariat). Also, automatic folding mirrors, ventilated seats, 60/40 rear seats, ac vents in the rear, dampen tail gate, awd, more hp, wireless carplay, dimming and digital rear view mirror with built in garage door opener, 360 camera with better resolution. Maybe better interior material for the higher trims.

While the Maverick comes with a decent option list, what options would you like to see that aren’t offered?

#3 AWD hybrid (if no EV)

#1 - Ventilated seats (I would have moved up to the lariat for that)
#2 60/40 split back seat so you could get into one cubby without having to left the whole seat (better yet, make this standard)

Minor stuff, primarily, would have liked to see:

!) Lighted glove compartment
2) FITS slots (or impressions similar to those found in flexbed) inside the center console bin.
3) Hood open control on or underneath the dash, a placement not requiring door being open.
4) Tab molded on the outside rim of dial shifter wheel to facilitate its rotation (as when arthritis acting up).

Mentioned in a previous thread as niggling things could do without:

1) Headlight switch defaults to Auto setting with each start cycle.
2) Touch screen turning fully off is on a delay when engine shut off and key removed until I either open the door or until X amount of time elapses. Much prefer the positive feedback of everything shutting down simultaneous with ignition off and subsequent key removal.
3) Appearance of the Press OK alerts on instrument cluster when starting the engine ought to provide an option to be able to shut them off altogether or at the least self-disappear quickly.
