I had been waiting for a FWD pickup truck since the early 90's, (rain & snow) I have trouble getting in & out of a sedan in my later years, it has better acceleration that any V8 powered vehicle I ever owned & 30+ mpg! The area 51 color is the first thing that caught my attention on the internet.
Easy, in the future we are going to have pay per mile AND gas tax, this way when the state gets hungry they just raise both rates! Non residents pay through the tax, residents get to pay both in their respective states.
No tune yet, I believe the stock ECU can handle more timing than needed for 91. Throttle response is definitely snappier, as I said I only add a couple gallons which keeps me under 15% ethanol content.
I like the color, but any light color on the 25 & up front ends to me looks odd, dark colors make that weird piece under the headlights blend in. An old school two tone would make it better too.
I wouldn't worry about driving at 70mph during "break in" at that speed you should be just under 2K rpms. You might try cycling through the different drive modes at 70 to see how the sound changes, if it doesn't then it's not an exhaust system issue.
I have done this myself, using 13 gallons of no ethanol 91 & adding 2 gallons of E85, so I get a tank of about 93, the ecoboost really noticed the difference. I am planning to try this at the track to see what the actual difference is from 91.
Full coverage sun visors with pull out sunshade to cover the gap by the rearview mirror, & cornering lamps, my 90's cars had both. I see many people suggest a rear window defogger/defroster, I have had my Maverick for 4 years now & never once did the rear window fog up.
