I ordered my 22 Mav in July of 21 and 53 weeks later got it in July of 22. It's an XLT hybrid and I usually get between 39 and 41 mpg. I haven't done any of the recalls yet. Only problem is with some clunky brakes at low speeds, but I have gotten used to that quirk.
There are videos on you tube about installing the Raptor grill on the Maverick-no included directions. I had a body shop paint the grill and install. It comes as virgin grey/black plastic, so they had to seal the plastic before painting. I have seen some people just paint the letters-much...
Some brighter color options. Maybe a bright orange or green. Maybe a hot weather package: with ventilated seats, something that would keep the paint from fading in the hot sun, and a larger radiator.
I installed the blue Rokblokz. The black washers looked terrible on the blue mudflaps. I took them back off and spray painted the washers a similar blue color and they looked much better.
Love your Mav. I just got the Raptor grill. I want to paint the letters. I also want to paint the headlight surrounds body color. What products did you use to paint your letters? Did you prime, paint, and clear coat? Did you use a kit for painting plastic?
The best fit for my driving habits is a plug-in hybrid. I assume it would be quite a bit cheaper than an EV. So, it would be a win-win for me to trade in my hybrid Mav for a PHEV.
