I would like to remind everybody that the head of the Maverick Design Team has stated for the record that Ford cut three years off the development time to get the Hybrid to market. They cut out the Life Cycle Testing of the Truck that usually shakes out all these issues so the customer isn't required to do it for Ford.Hey Spuds—- Do you think since it’s tied to the movement or flexing of suspension and body against the windshield/dash/head liner… this could be structural? As in… maybe a strut tower brace being put on, would that help at all?? Make it worse? Is it possible that there are missing spot welds or welding points (not sure of the name) that help to create structural strength/support? Again, I’m sorry I really need to get it to dealer to get the ball rolling… but I’m baffled by my new truck let alone all of us on here having this issue… This isn’t something to expect in any level of automobile…

A case in point, the Boeing 737 Max was rushed to market to beat the competition. One extra sensor and training for pilots would have saved hundreds of lives. They wanted to save money. When GREED is a part of the equation, everybody suffers.
