Just chiming in with an additional confirmation.

Thanks for the video!! Guys what the heck is this and what can be done about it? I noticed the 360 black box on windshield is tight on driver side, but if you press on it it’s loose feeling and makes some noise, but I know that wouldn’t create this noise… I also noticed the right a-pillar cover isn’t as tight as driver side… if windshields are being replaced and it’s still happening.. wouldn’t it be structural flexing against the windshield?? Or it’s tight plastics that need some foam between them!?

Anyone with update?? Dealer said I had to make a different appointment outside of my oil change and tire rotation. Anyways, I’m posting my video from today… it’s slow to go and a longer clip… sorry for poor quality… but listen to the clicking it’s gotten bad!! Just in the ~3k mile range. It’s so much louder in person! Also, notice the noise at acceleration the metal vibration sound. Sorry for the shitty video…

That would irritate the hell out of me. I hope things like this don't start rearing their ugly heads once I've put a few more miles on mine. Best of luck getting it remedied!

Have you noticed anything like this on yours yet? I know you have a different windshield… what’s your mileage? Mine started or unnoticed it at 27 miles in… and it I thought was related to cold… but it doesn’t matter and seems to be worse? Thanks! Will post as I get any info!

Nothing here thankfully. Only 230 miles on the ODO though and haven't gone over anything rough to shake stuff loose. It's actually been quite quiet in the cab when I turn off radio and hvac.

Wanna trade? Lol! So I apologize does your first edition have the lariat windshield? The acoustic one? I can’t recall this info… it could be a big help to this issue maybe?

Thanks! Nice Maverick… I love this damn truck… but this is driving me f’n nuts! Im also a tad pissed the dealer rotated my tires and the damn things are at 42/43 psi!!! Rides horrible. Gotta let the air out. Door jamb sticker, cluster, and FordPass says tire pressure should be set to 35psi…. I’m getting 42-43 hot and 41-42 cold.

I'm at 6600 miles now and it still does it. Lately I've had days when I don't want to listen to the radio and I just want quiet, but I can't because of the damn rattle. It hasn't gotten any worse that I can tell but it certainly hasn't got any better. I never did go to the dealer about it.

My tires read off too. I try to not look at the psi screen lol. The ride so far has been remarkably smooth, but again, I have pretty idea conditions for driving. We'll see how the Mav reacts to 120 degrees in a few months lol
