Yup! It's an interior ambient temp sensor.

It's the in-cab humidity and cabin temperature sensor (thermistor) for your automatic climate control system.

Don't listen to them. It is actually the nitrous oxide spray nozzle. Make sure to have you gas mask on before initiating the sequence. It's a great option on road trips with kids constantly asking "are we there yet?"
EDIT: yes I have been having some bourbon and diet coke. Hope I don't get flogged for it.
