This is a good feature, and I wouldn't even be upset that it showed up each time.. but you have to confirm it with OK every time? Seems off.

Yes, every single time I start the truck! I agree it is nice information to have if you opt-in. In case of kids or whatever is your use case. Being forced to ack with no recourse it's super annoying. This is a good feature, and I wouldn't even be upset that it showed up each time.. but you have to confirm it with OK every time? Seems off.
Then you should probably change your display settings.Lots of smartasses on this forum. That is what I've learned so far...
Jokes aside, from the answers above, it appears that the popup is not something that every Mav is getting when starting, which leads me to believe it's a problem specific to me only.
I will keep investigating and will share any findings in case someone else will experience the same.
And just to be clear, if everyone is buckled I don't see why this alert should be displayed and in needs to be confirmed with the OK button. I find it senseless besides very annoying.
Changing the display settings is the challenge. Then you should probably change your display settings.
I appreciate the notification, even though I don't often need it, because I am never moving my vehicle until I know that everybody's wearing their seatbelts. This way, I won't need to ask.
It means your seat is in use and the other 3 are empty![]()
and more importantly, how to disable it to popup every SINGLE time I start it!!!
It is annoying and yes lots of trolls waiting to post stupid (I am being kind) answers.Lots of smartasses on this forum. That is what I've learned so far...

I have the same model & trim level as MaverickHybrid and the exact same problem:and more importantly, how to disable it to popup every SINGLE time I start it!!!
But doesn't the Maverick seat 5? Middle rear passenger doesn't matter.Lets you know who's buckled up & who is not buckled up. On page 117 of manual (customizing cluster display), it appears you may be able to deselect this screen so it doesn't show up.
No seatbelts option in the settings on my hybrid.Does it still show up if you uncheck Seatbelts in the Screen Select Menu?
We don't talk about the middle passenger. But doesn't the Maverick seat 5? Middle rear passenger doesn't matter.
