Nothing is free. Including EV miles from those cars. There's still talk about taxing EV'S. Hope they don't include hybrids.You said above that they were "free" miles and that's not true. They were just miles driven at a Mav calculated 38.4mpg.
I'm not arguing against the hybrid just your characterization that those miles were free that you didn't buy gasoline for.
