Not at all how the first comment or your questioning was worded, but I get it. Still, scenario based and subjective. Not everyone has that luxury. I'm glad he earned his! Also, it warms my heart seeing a GM engineer choose a FORD/Shelby lol. But @r8drskullz point remains that most people can't do that and that's why they chose the Hybrid. I have to agree that it's strange you don't understand this.No, I'm saying he drives/rides what he wants. He doesn't let the fact that he lives in Cali dictate what he can buy. He bought the Shelby fresh out of college, and he earned it. First and only car he bought. He could buy a hybrid, but doesn't need to. He put a trailer hitch on the car to haul their bikes around when traveling. He is an Engineer at GM, and could borrow a vehicle any time he wants. But he prefers the car he owns, not a shop car.
