Yeah fellow midwesterner! congrats! but bummed that i have the exact same specs and ordered a month before you! Tell me how amazing it is when you get it!

At first I thought they were being allocated based on available parts (such as components for heated seats), but this now seems like a lottery.

I test drove a gas engine 2 weeks ago so I could get a feel for the size. It's shorter than I expected. I'm 5'9 and am taller than the truck. It sits more like a car, which I'm fine with.

The gas model didn't seem to have much zip, which I expect the hybrid to provide. Also, the dealer wanted 37K (Sticker as built was 28K).

  I was surprised to get an email today for a built week in Feb. so that means I won’t get my truck until the end of Feb.

Good to see more early August hybrid orders getting scheduled. Fingers crossed my 8/21 hybrid order can get a late February build.

Another disappointing Thursday but congrats to everyone who got a build date.

Contacted my dealer to verify that all my info got sent in and got the thumbs up. I knew I was about the 14th person to place an order through them so I asked how many they've had filled...

1...

Dude told me it could be 4ish months before I see a build date.

I just got my build notification and VIN number for my hybrid Maverick February 7th. Does anybody want to buy my area? 51 2.0 Maverick for cost? I paid $27,500

I don't begrudge anyone who is getting their Mavs before me. I'm ranting (first time I've done on this forum btw) because of the shitty dealer allocation system. Also, not sure what people (I don't assume their poor because I'm not an ignorant asshole) in South America have to do with it.

Mavericks get built at the same plant for South America - Brazil and Argentina.
