I don't think those clanking sounds are normal. Yes, hybrids make lots of weird noises, but those clanking, rattling noises don't sound normal, in my opinion. I'm not a mechanic or expert on the matter, but my Maverick hybrid with 16k miles has never made those sounds and the 2016 Prius I owned...
I had 22S47 done several months ago (no impact on MPG) and I'm included in the new 23S27. I heard it from Carfax first. I'm not concerned about it, as I've had no vehicle issues so far with just under 16k miles. If I notice anything mentioned in the recall or otherwise, I'll take proper action...

Finally, this afternoon my railcar got released from bad ordered status, so it should start making progress again soon. It's back to having normal tracing...
The screen elements on your app look bigger than on my phone. Is your phone set on a zoom level to make items appear bigger than the default? Maybe the app just isn't showing all the content because there isn't room.
That's great! No such luck here. I just checked the automated trace for Norfolk Southern and it still says "bad order." It's been that way since March 30. I don't have a good feeling about this... Happy for you though!
