    It is against the law to remove or modify the Monroe sticker on a new Car or truck. That is why dealers place the other sticker beside it that shows the adds. it is the federal automobile disclosure act. Yes the dealer can charge whatever they want but that doesnt change the msrp...

    You missed the point - the sticker is on the window - so they know the MSRP - it cannot be removed by the dealer. All that other BS is true but on a new truck there is no way for a dealer to hide or change the actual MSRP.

    They have to know the MSRP since by law the sticker must remain on a new truck until it is sold.

    We have besides the MAV a 2018 escape ecoboost SEL and a 2021 escape titanium that gets 40 mpg. We are trading the2018 for a 2023 PLATINUM hybrid with all options. We love the Escape this will be our 4th. It is what convinced me to. buy the MAV,,

    In two years my MAV will be three years old and some folks will still be waiting in line. I would consider a Toyota as a replacement. Especially if we still have a recall every six months. Toyota knows how to build a hybrid.

    That’s why it has been sitting there for 3 weeks. I go by and laugh every day. I got my Lariat there - treated me well - ”x” pricing - no ad dons - no pressure. Ordered 7/21 arrived 5/22.
