I used the Curt 56477 on my 2022 Lariat Hybrid. I was lazy and just used the in bed 12v wiring instead of running to the battery. Tied the reverse light into the corresponding wiring on the Curt and done. No factory wiring touched. and no complaints thus far after 3 years...

I did - when I first received my truck I had a wrong door panel installed - dealership said it would take month or so to look at it. He/She called them and it was fixed in a couple of days. Not really a big concern, but to your questions point I got my issue resolved quicker.
Hi all - my battery came in today :clap: Any tips to remove the large under seat plastic? I have the two trim pieces removed and the large one loose - but for the life of me I can't get it out from under the seat.

Ask your dealer who they use to "recondition" their used cars. I got a stain and scratch on mine and guy came out and took car of it in 20 minutes. Couldn't even see it after the repair and cost $75.
