Never have seen a website like that. Pretty cool!

Never understood sites like that - where the picture displays the connections/spots/descriptions, created when you hover over line items below - when the picture is no longer viewable.
Of course you can find the fuse you want by hovering over each one in the picture and get a description.
But I don't recall using that direction with fuses.

ETA - my description was using desktop browser - must click on line item though, not hover on it.

This one is annoying because no numbers on the fuse locations in the graphic, to even look at the list and scroll back up to see.
That's my normal usage - find the line item of the system that seems to have a problem, then find that fuse location in the box.

Or have I been doing it wrong all these years - and its funner to remove every fuse looking to see if it's blown. Hoping you put it back in the right location.

Nice find.

I see Fuse #4 under the glove box.

Fuse MINI
10A
4Ignition switch. Push button start switch. Key inhibit solenoid.

I wonder if pulling that fuse will completely disable ignition, even for the hybrid.

Would be a nice security option if parked somewhere questionable.

Will have to try it and report back here.

Thanks for the fuse info.

Nice!

I'll swear the photo of the BCM fuse box isn't quite what I recall when using the fuse tap to supply my mirror dash-cam, but maybe because its rotated 90 degrees? I now need to crawl under in the next day or two and confirm, as it doesn't seem to actually shutdown power the mirror, making me turn the mirror off to prevent it from draining the 12v when sitting for longer periods of time. (I'm questioning whether I have in fact tapped fuse #3 now, although I was certain at the time.)

Of course just maybe my truck just has the retained power setting programmed for some weirdly long amount of time, and I'll connect Forscan to verify the timing as well. - We're talking hours long, not the typical 15, 60, or 90 minutes.

Check setting in menu options for shut off delay 0 = no shut off until 12v less than 12.1 (? 12.0?) this may be issue if you have set 0 seconds in forscan?? I don't have, so do not know maybe set 3 or 5 seconds with forscan.

Agreed. Thank you for posting. I will be using this to help install my dashcam.

Wanna take bets on how many fuses I blow?

It works in reverse too. Pick the line Item & it highlights the fuse.

Thank you. That's what I had commented on.

Using desktop browser - so mouse hovering over line item caused the link to show on the graphic also, until you scrolled down far enough to not see both at the same time. That was useless.
Since a hover caused the link to show - I never tried clicking on the line item.

Mobile browser would require a tap though - so a click on desktop browser did the same thing - now it's useful.
