Maybe this is addressed in here somewhere, but it seems boomers like me would be more hybrid buyers, and less Tremor buyers. Now, I care more about mpg than ET times. And care more for smooth roads over rocky trails. Did all that, but now care about comfort and saving money. Good memories though.....

I think this would have been an interesting data point for the poll to have. As a fellow Baby Boomer, I initially purchased a XL Hybrid. I disliked the eCVT and the harsh rear suspension. Thus, I sold it to a MTC member and ordered a 2023 XLT EB AWD. I would have ordered the Tremor if it was available with the 4K Tow Package.

My son purchased a 2023 XLT Hybrid, and we purchased a 2024 XL Hybrid for my wife (and subsequently sold to our daughter). The kids, therefore, seem to be just as interested in the hybrids while I prefer the EcoBoost with the traditional transmission.

I stand corrected...

I disagree with being grouped with Millennials. I was born early in the Reagan years but have nothing in common with that generation. I prefer Pre-Millennial: someone who knows how to use a computer but didn't have one in my home until I was a teenager.
The label I heard for that this past weekend was Geriatric Millennial. ;)

I think this poll is more of an indicator of who can afford a new vehicle moreso than a Maverick specific thing :p

If you own a Maverick, which generation were you born in?
58 percent are Gen boomers like myself. That was my guess. Old enough to know we like trucks, smart enough to know we don't need a big one and hate paying for gas.

At 23 to 37 depending on trim and options, anyone can afford a Mav.

There are a lot of people under forty who can't afford even the cheapest new car out there.

That's why used cars exist.
Absolutely. But the Maverick is too new for there to be a lot on the used market.

Hence why I said this poll was likely more an indicator of folks who can afford a new vehicle rather than something Maverick specific.

It wasn't meant to be like a profound statement or anything 😆

If they can't afford a new Maverick, they should be looking at something 7-12 years old. Not a used Maverick.

Bottom line, is it is not a true scientific poll, just one for the members only, and one for the members that care at all, and want to give up that info, etc., and on and on.... but interesting I guess....

I'm a Gen z (26), I never planned on buying a new truck, but I remember exactly what I was doing when I first read about the mav and knew it was for me. For what it's worth everyone my age really likes it
