About 10% of all Maverick owners have registered on this site. And I think that is a pretty high number.

1% come here about daily.
Also pretty respectable when you think about it.

Don't forget the 1% that hang around as agitpropists for Hyundai constantly posting comparison videos.

Or the 5% that are malcontents who complain that an inexpensive vehicle doesn't feel luxurious.

Roughly 220,000 Maverick VIN numbers have been built, are being built now, or will soon be built.

Roughly 25,000 registered users on this site. Assuming some are duplicates, some are sponsors, some are admins, some are curious potential buyers, some are trolls, and some are spambots... I'd say it's reasonable to assume 22,000 are real owners.

22,000 / 220,000

If that is true, then what do the other 90% do. I guess they just enjoy their Mavericks and are not reminded daily about cheap interiors, tail light not burning, oil being changed at 1,000 miles, etc. I guess the one I will never figure out is this one. Order a Maverick with a trailer hitch receiver, then try to figure out what to put in the receiver. I know it comes as a total shock, but most of us order it with a trailer hitch receiver to install - let's see, yes, I remembered - A TRAILER HITCH, complete with a ball so we can - again, let me see. Oh yes, I now remember - PULL A TRAILER.

It's for those who are forgetful of that trailer hitch and continually bang their shins.

That's where you store your hitch ball attachment.

Fits great red reflector plugs for better rear visibility by others and lvstill got wacked in the back. However, l can say that l had limited damage, because of that tow hitch, and the late 2000s Corolla that hit it at 80 mph on the Fwy was totaled!
