2013 MERCEDES BENZ C250 turbo. 4 door luxury. It would get 29 city and 33mpg highway. (K&K air filter only mod). it only had 152,000 miles..(Always Mobile1 0W-40 european blend and Mann german filter) Got $8K towards my Maverick.. in September.

BUT----
I did not replace my 2002 GMC 2500HD Sierria Duramax Diesel, that I bought brand new. It gets 25mpg highway empty. It will haul a back hoe...(mileage slightly less)

I kid everyone it's a 2002 and I have only 3 payments left. I'll be buried in it. It has only 233,000 miles- barely broke in- Mobile1 15W-50 since new. WIX filters except K&N air-only aftermarket mod.

This is my 2024 Maverick LT hybrid. only factory option was Copilot 360. Considering it has everything my 2013 Mercedes had but sunroof and power seats that never moved as I live alone. . WTH... with 2244 miles on the ODO, I changed oil and filter- to Mobile1 0-W20.,, Wheels from Discount tire. $752 out the door with tax and guarantee. Spray in Bedliner $500 from Trucks ICT, Wichita, and Amazon $127 tonneau cover... I have a small cattle ranch in Kansas the Ford can handle trips to the feed store, the mercedes couldn't carry more than 4 bags of feed in the trunk. At the rear is a bolt on $25 2" hitch, a 2024 Ford Bronco Amazon return. I had to add 3/4 inch plate to take up slack in the sub bumper and drill 4 holes....So I can pull myHonda Rancher ATV or Lawn Tractors in a 5x8 trailer... The Duramax can pull my stock trailer filled with Black Angus.. Last fill up- tried 89+ octane 20% ethenol blend and got 40.45mpg combo driving (Before oil change)... In the mercedes I fill it up with 93+ octane 30% ethenol.. that 30% loves that turbo... those ethanol blends can be found here in the midwest selling for less than regular, but only at gas stations that feature it. One such is a mile away in town..
It's crazy what modern diesels get for fuel economy. I wish they had ethanol blends here. 93 octane is all we get. I would love to do an e85 tune on my maverick.

My Maverick replaced a 2018 Rav4. I was super-excited to have not only my first hybrid, but my first truck. I regret getting rid of the Rav4 for it as I don't use the bed space much ( I used the outlet for Christmas lights) and the only thing I prefer with the Maverick over the Rav4 is the gas mileage, but I could get a Rav4 hybrid for that.

What did you drive before the maverick? I replaced a 2016 f250 supercab long bed gas. Just wondering how diversified the maverick community is. Because the maverick can play alot of roles in the automotive world. I see people get out of Priuses , trucks, suvs, minivans. I bought mine because I needed a daily that could haul a boat ,camper small stuff. Superduty was nice when towing the stuff I have didn't even know it was there. But I first a Formost I needed a daily driver for a 60 mile round trip. My Maverick has filled that slot perfectly. What's your story?

2014 Prius C that I drove for 7 years / 100,000 miles.

It was the best car I had ever owned in that it sipped fuel and needed nothing but fluids and expected wear items, and never once left me in a tough spot.

It was the worst car in that it was loud, uncomfortable, had a ton of body roll with dreadful handling, and was terrible to drive on the interstate.

Two craziest things are that the Maverick hybrid is getting about the same fuel economy overall, and that Carvana is trying to sell my old car for $15,800, which is around $2,000 more than I paid for it as a CPO car from a Toyota dealer, with 100,000 less miles, 7 years ago. Should be about a $5-6K car now.

It has not replaced anything yet, since my Maverick is on order now, but it will be replacing a 2007 Honda Element EX. I like it, but 18 years is a good run, it's time for a new technology.

My Maverick replaced a 2018 Honda Odyssey. I decided that I want to get a larger dual sport motorcycle. There's no way that would work with a minivan as my tiny motorcycle barely fits. I don't trust hitch racks and parking with a trailer in many of the trail parking areas can be a challenge. Plus, I don't really have anywhere good to store a trailer.

Love the Elements. User friendly. Wash and wear interior. Wish honda kept them going

Cool honda. I have a 69 ct90. My first bike I bought at a yard sale in 1977 for 10bucks. Definitely doesn't look as nice as your's.

It replaced a 2017 Toyota Prius with 138k miles on it. My 2024 XLT Hybrid gets the fuel as my Prius got. Super stoked to finally get into a Maverick. I've loved the design since they came out.

2001 S10 extended cab. I miss the 6' bed and being able to just throw 12' boards in the back without a care. The bed was also easier to reach into with the sides being a little lower. But the ride to and from the lumberyard sure is a lot better in the Mav.
