    I could not get the update to download nor could I purchase the USB. After working with Ford engineer they said there is a problem on their end and sent me the USB free.

    my 2024 lariat needed the sync 3 software update (3.4 23188) and the new map update. The Sync 3 went fine but the map update did not. Still working with Ford on that problem.
