Replaced a 2022 F-150 that I had put less than 2000 miles on. Loved the F-150 which was my 6th in a row, but I ended up with long-term Covid and couldn't get in it anymore. Love the 23 Lariat Maverick though.

I had a 2002 F150 FX4 that gave me long and faithful service. 15 mpg whether loaded or unloaded. After I retired I just didn't need a full size pickup anymore. Wanted to buy a 2024 Ranger FX4 but an 8 month wait made that a non starter. Local dealer called me and had a 24 Maverick FX4 that a customer cancelled. Did not have everything I wanted but was all that was available.

2018 Subaru Forester. Gave up some technology and all-wheel drive. If I had known they were coming out with it now, I might have waited. Happy with what I have.

What did you drive before the maverick? I replaced a 2016 f250 supercab long bed gas. Just wondering how diversified the maverick community is. Because the maverick can play alot of roles in the automotive world. I see people get out of Priuses , trucks, suvs, minivans. I bought mine because I needed a daily that could haul a boat ,camper small stuff. Superduty was nice when towing the stuff I have didn't even know it was there. But I first a Formost I needed a daily driver for a 60 mile round trip. My Maverick has filled that slot perfectly. What's your story?

I replaced my 2004 Taurus had only 76K, the only vehicle I had bought new, but I struggle to get out of a sedan so I needed something taller. I was just going to suffer with it until the Maverick came along & changed that & the pluses are better mpg, more power, & a fresh warranty & I can haul more stuff.
