Truck Box Divider

I am looking for a source for a Truck box divider for my 2026 Maverick. The only one I can find so far is from Ford but it requires you have some box divder ranck device. All I want is a light weight divider that will slide in to the existing slots in the truck box.

Make your own. My current one is made from a 5-1/2" Cedar fence picket. Lightweight, and does the job.

@Glen Baker LLC , I modified my divider even more. Mine is the last pic you posted (Area 51 Mav)
I lightened it by cutting holes in it, and I rounded the corners to make it slide in the slots easier. I have the Spray in liner and it gets wegded in pretty with the straight corners.

One hand operation now!

Whatever you make, remember to make the height of the board to coincide with the height of the tailgate in the middle position.

A 2x4, a few wood screws, some leftover grill paint, and 3 milk crates make for great grocery organization!

My idea here was to prevent the crates from moving by wedging them against the tailgate and be able to make less trips in and out of the house.

I enjoy seeing all the ingenuity in these designs. Might inspire this old brain to get out and make a roll out/ grocery get'n/swap meet kind of table I thought about after my last yard sale. Keep them coming.

Using a 2x6 a 2x4 or 2x10 did not solve MY issue of too little room between the board and the tailgate.

. I found the 15" of storage space from the board to the tailgate to be inadequate for our shopping needs. My design gives 27 inches of storage area. The same area my wife's Escape has between the backseat and tailgate.
I didn't like having to bend across the tailgate in order to pull items out of the back. I can pull the whole tray to me once.
And if I need the full bed. I pull out the side brackets and the front portion lies down and I can use the whole bed and have nothing to store.

A lot more room and nothing rolls forward.
