I'm only averaging 5k miles per year so probably still several years away from running into this. I did get a notice from Ford stating that they will replace these parts free of charge for 10 years or 150k miles beyond the warranty start date which for me is Aug 2 of 2022. I am wondering if I should go ahead and push Ford now for this or just wait it out?

Wait a while, I would.

Considering Ford launched a customer satisfaction program for all 22 Mavericks CVs, not just hybrids, I wonder how accurate that tiny survey is compared to what’s happening in the real world?
Keep in mind there was no Tremor version for the 2022 MY, so the "beefier" CV's didn't exist yet. Why are you singling out Hybrid's?

Will replace - if there is a problem.
