Totally different circumstances. New model, high demand, pandemic induced parts constraints. Noe of that was there in 2005. So many people think that constrained parts just instantly should be "back to normal" as well. Doesn't happen that way. There will be constrained parts for months to come, it all requires patience. I reserved a Bronco 2 years ago and I don't have any idea when I'll have a build date yet!

I had a friend order a Bronco and it took her almost 10 months. Good luck to you on getting your Bronco.

Have you called Ford Marketing. I have never received an email but about a month ago I called and they gave me a VIN # and build date. I ordered a Hybrid, Lariat, Lux, Co pilot, SIBL on October 26.

I called the other day and got no useful info at all. Ordered in late Oct. '21 and have not received a build date, VIN or nuthin'.

my order was 6/10/21 just built 8/8/22 I think! The chips are active but Ford still says in production for the last week. Good luck my friend.

Mine says the same thing. Excited to have the MOD's pop. Means the truck actually exists and eventually will head our way. Smile. This is real progress!

I called the other day and got no useful info at all. Ordered in late Oct. '21 and have not received a build date, VIN or nuthin'.

Late oct ordering just got a 8/29 prod week...pure base XL hybrid...hang in there...it will happen.

FE Lariat Lux Hybrid Rapid Red ordered 9/16/21. Initially was set for production 8/1/22 then 8/8/22 then finally 8/15/22. A week ago the tracking showed "In Production". I look this morning and it is no longer In Production??? It is back at Order Confirmed? I have gotten NO emails from Ford except the Confirming of the order back in September 2021. Have had VIN # for a few months.

I had my First Edition RR AWD 4k etc. "production" status... yesterday it moved backward to "Order Confirmed" status... Curious if I finally buy this, over time will Ford pay me back-ward? LOL!!!!

There must be some way Ford can check somewhere in the computer process to find orders that were only partially completed by salesmen. I can only guess at how many thousands of customers are out there waiting for build dates that will never come because the orders weren’t entered correctly at the dealer.

Im not an expert but if you get a printed copy of your DORA what you want versus what's on order will be listed. Don't trust dealer to make the correct order. One needs to follow up on your own and go line by line on your DORA.

There are several of us that has had the exact same thing happen. Hoping it is a glitch as it transitions onto the assembly line. We can only hope!

My tracker started showing "In Production" last week. And it started showing a build date of yesterday today. I have my fingers crossed that a build date in the past won't be changed. But given all the madness I've read on here, I'm wondering.

I hope not that much. I live in Boise, Idaho so while a decent sized town my dealer doesn't have the volume of a California or large city dealer.
