    Today I tried to jump start someone and found out that the battery terminal posts are hard to get the jumper cable alligator clips to. Has anyone found threaded extenders to make this easier?

    Got a windshield crack yesterday. Didn't see anything hit the windshield. 7000 miles. Lariat. Drove my 1998 Sienna for 24 years and 196k miles, no windshield damage. Drove 2 Prius' 19 years total, 300k miles no windshield damage.

    Drove over the grapevine in S Cal with my hybrid no problem. Drove uphill to Palm Springs tram a little over 2500 ft elevation. Heat gauge in the middle but strong smell like electrical. Any ideas? All reactions: 22

    Extremely quiet which is partly due to the extra sound deadening in the windshield.

    1) Will you ever need to put more than 1500 lbs in the bed? 2) Since it will hold a 4x8 sheet of plywood with the tail gate on an angle, is there anything bigger than that which you would need to carry?

    This is in my manual also but not in my vehicle., When pressing Vehicle, rear occupant alert is not there.

  13. Longevity, or First thing TO-DO when received new Maverick!

    Ford recommends 150k on transmission fluid, but on the two Prius' I had there was no dipstick in the transmission and the fluid never needed to be changed as the CVT's have no clutches. Just thought that was interesting.

    Is there a second Cat Converter and if so has anyone installed a cage to protect it?
  20. Reverse, Pause and Fast Forward on radio

    I was surprised when the symbols showed up for pausing, reversing and fast forward on the radio. It was on AM. Didn't see it on Sirius radio but just saw it today so don't know how it popped up and if it's for all stations.
