The clamps work, just instructions are poor. Found a video that showed how to use them on an F-150 . Now it takes about 10-20' to put it back on the truck. It looks good, works great and comes off very quickly when you need more room.

I am havng some problems with the clamps. They are not like the ones on the videos, nor to they turn like in the directions, which curiously go from 3 to 5, omitting 4 which is listed as being about the clamps. Any help would be appreciated.

This arrived at my dealer today (St. Louis area-GO CARDS!) on the car carrier. You can see the Production and Built dates here. It was shipped September 1.

Was headed to the store to buy some groceries, drove past my dealer's lot..... ... and there it was!!! Fresh off the car carrier with dirt from all around Mexico and the Great Southwest. Now to wait while they get the dealer stuff done.

Search for this thread. There are a bunch of people in production in early August that got stuck in production. Same thing happened to me in June and I did not get built until the middle of August. You should consider contacting FORD through the CHAT part of the SUPPORT page at Ford.com...
