I never have received one email from ford. Maybe I unsubscribed years ago and got put on a block list. Either way I’ve been in the dark for 10 months, with no communication from dealership either. Ford customer service and here on MTC have been my only source of information.

Either Chat or Marketing 2 times a week…. In order processing, priority 02 for 3 months.

Eureka I contacted Ford chat through Ford Pass…. They gave me a VIN and a build week of October 3…. I’m ecstatic, but my VIN last five digits start with 02XXX and when I try to add it to Ford Pass, it tells me this vin is already assigned to me… but it doesn’t show in the app. I am, needless to say thrilled. Ordered September 18, ‘21. XLT AWD LUX CoPilot Tow Full Spare and floor mats.

Doubting my truck will go into production this month. Started with August 8th, then August 15th and now August 22nd for production. I know so many others are in the same situation. Hoping my expectations are met after waiting this long after placing my order Dec. 21'. Okay rant over......

The only thing I had that was a restraint was a full size spare so took it off my order. Everything else basic XLT FWD 2.0 eco so good for you being able to get all your options this year!

I feel like mine is being built because mine is a basic XLT FWD eco. No add ons.

That's odd, 02xxx this late in the model year? Mine starts 88xxx. My production week also delayed again to 9-5 now.....

I’ll bet the letter before the 02 is a B, rather than an A. There have been other B02XXX VINs posted here. Rolling over to the second hundred thousand.

I did not think that would happen, but with the 2022 production extension, it looks like it is.

You’re one of the lucky ones and has at least received an email that your order is in the works. I ordered Oct. 9th last year and still nothing from Ford. At this point looks like mine will roll over into the MY23. I did however get a bit of somewhat good news from my dealer. He says my order has dropped down to “priority code 2” from the 19 where it has been at since ordering. You must have ordered the Eco 2.0 without constraints. I ordered the hybrid Lariat Lux with 360. All constraint items.

I have been at priority 2 for a month. No build date ordered in Dec. Similar build to you. Good luck! And I mean that in a positive way.

Was rescheduled for this week, actually went into production last week, modules were populated this weekend, and today....

Back to "order confirmed".

This makes no sense.

Still have the window sticker with an 8/10 blend date.

It also went into production about a month ago, but that was just for a day.

I really do sympathize for you. I never thought ordering my maverick it would take this long since this is the second time I've special ordered a truck from Ford. First time was back in 2005 so wasn't expecting it to go this way.

Totally different circumstances. New model, high demand, pandemic induced parts constraints. Noe of that was there in 2005. So many people think that constrained parts just instantly should be "back to normal" as well. Doesn't happen that way. There will be constrained parts for months to come, it all requires patience. I reserved a Bronco 2 years ago and I don't have any idea when I'll have a build date yet!

Ordered a First Edition Rapid Red hybrid lux package and Copilot 360 with no other options or accessories on July 12, 2022 and have had a VIN since late March and build dates starting May 2 and pushed just about every week since. Have been in production status 132 days but truck finally entered assembly August 15 and modules came alive August 16. There is hope and light at the end of the tunnel. Dealer is as anxious as I as this will be their first First Edition and first Rapid Red they have received.

Still in processing for me. Ordered 10/11/21, hybrid XLT with spare tire, mats and hitch. Sibl removed months ago. I have checked in twice with chat this week already and still nothing. Emailed dealer-crickets. As usual. This is beyond silly now.
