I like my OEM mud flaps, others like different brands, some have paint rubbing issues and some don't like mud flaps. Many threads on this subject so as noted use the search function.:)

I put mud flaps on mine so the body and the front of my camper don't get so trashed. I got the widest ones I could find. Big difference. Mabett Mud Flaps

Not my preference, but to each their own. Your truck do what you want, don't worry about others opinions

If you treasure your paint and don't mind mudflaps on a truck, get them. Love my Mabetts; inexpensive, easy to install, good coverage and look good IMO. Yeah, they don't cover Ford's gap, but there are better solutions for that. They work more like a flap and are flexible at the bottom.

I just installed the OEM Splash Guards Yesterday morning. I washed the truck and had tons of rain last night. I like them and they work well at keeping road grime off of the fenders.

I had the Ford ones on my build but had to remove them from the order to get my truck. I put on Weathertechs. They come with a film to protect the paint. If you live in an area where it's snowy It's worth it. But if in a drier area maybe not so much.

Yes. I, too, don’t prefer them, as I feel it distracts from the look and style. But I bought and installed the Ford OEM ones and yes they do help with keeping the truck cleaner and more protected.

Depends on how much mud you plan on flappin'. I didn't bother and haven't felt like I have missed them.

I don't love the look of mud flaps, but appreciate their usefulness. So I installed the "plainest" ones available, WeatherTech. I really don't even notice them.
