Vacation in Michigan; want to go to Silver Lake Off Road Park near Lake Michigan. Mrs. GRABBR unsure (and myself to an extent) of capabilities of going out on the dunes of Silver Lake. Yes I have an air compressor I can plug into the bed power. Yes I will air down tires. Yes SAND mode. What else?
Ford Pass app, on iPhone. Can’t remote start cause says it’s running (when it isn’t). Location wrong. Says I’m somewhere that I was in the past. Tried restating app, restarting phone, delete and reinstalling app, to no avail. Phone and app updated. At a loss. Anyone else experience this?
Yes. I, too, don’t prefer them, as I feel it distracts from the look and style. But I bought and installed the Ford OEM ones and yes they do help with keeping the truck cleaner and more protected.
I’m happy with 35%. This guy was very knowledgeable. He said larger trucks like a Silverado is closer to 20% from the factory for the rears. The Maverick and other smaller SUVs are closer to 35%. I would have went to 20%, but he said it would have been darker than the back. Depending on how you...
Got 35% on the front. Matches the back. He metered the back. Not all vehicles are the same. My friend has a Silverado (and yet he is still a friend) that got 20% larger trucks like that are darker my tint guy said. Charged me $110 and came to my house. Looks good and matches.
Owners manual, tire gauge, another pair of reading glasses, and front license plate. Moving from Virginia to Ohio. Told my salesman to not install the front license plate bracket since I was moving to Ohio, where front plates aren’t required.
Well, I bought them, having no definitive answer. Not really happy with the color, but the plastic insert is nice. That said, I don’t know if I can keep them, but I suppose I will until I find something that matches the color better.
