Those look identical to OEM's from Ford....hate that I didn't see these at the time, could have saved some bucks! Looks good!

To protect the paint with these flaps, can one obtain the PFF? film and cut it to fit the flap mounting area before mounting? If so, where?

Back in the day, I used to put mud flaps on everything. I just no longer like the looks of them. Looks so much cleaner without. I see these Tremor off road videos, and they have mud flaps sticking down. It just looks silly. I know they are somewhat functional.

And all the drivers behind you with cracked windows are thankful for your consideration. ;)

These fit great. They come with new plastic tabs, but I just re used the same one that our truck came with.

I think they look pretty good.

Muslogy Mud flaps https://amzn.to/3XSgkEM

I 3D printed some Ford ovals and painted the letters and rings before attaching them to the Muslogy mud guards. Fun project and worth the cost savings over the OEMs (At least so far.).

That looks great! I ordered the OEM flaps. They came in yesterday. I got the fronts on but the backs didn’t come with the required hardware 🤷

That sucks. The Muslogy guards came with the retainer clips and pry tool, but I just reused the OEMs since they came out easily.

You can buy the 3m PPF in rolls on the Jungle website.

I think the steel braces for the rear guards that Ford includes are a good idea and they have been having decent discounts on their accessories site for a while now - believe they cost me only $10-20 more than those in this thread. If you have Ford points, even better.

I will be having Paint Protection Film (PPF) applied to the front end of my Maverick when I finally get it. The business that will be applying the PPF said its an easy job to add some PPF to the location with rubbing issues with the mud flaps. No additional charge. Only takes a small amount of PPF and very quick and easy to apply, reason for no charge. Check local window tinting and detailing businesses in your area. Get a quote. I would recommend front end PPF to protect your paint from chipping.
