If they do their job thats worth a 0, if they go out of their way to help then thats a plus number but if they do less then its a negative number. Of course the surveys doesn't have negative numbers so the base line isn't a 0.
If they spend more time trying to help than trying to milk a 5 out...
3 Mavericks since Dec 21. All 3 were 2.0/360/4k. One Lariat and 2 XLT's.
Drive an average of 1k miles per month. Gas mileage, 27-28 combined, over 30 mpg on hwy and approx 18 mpg with 3.8k tow.
Mavericks are not worth what they were a year, 6 months or even 3 months ago so if you want to sell or trade thats fine but you need to sharpen your pencil and maybe leave the empty duffel bag at home because there may not be much cash to fill it, if any. :)
Agree you did point out which category of vet you were, the one that doesn't think much of retires since we all sit behind a desk for 20 years. Wish you all the best with your Maverick order.:)
Ford isn't the only company that puts restrictions on military discounts. Is it fair, no but neither is life.
If you left out the "poor me" in your original post you might get less "ad hominem" posts.
Speaking of discounts Lowes nixed the 10% military discount on all appliances.
Agree Tesla prices have tanked. Flipping your Maverick these days isn't as easy as a year ago but since it's a hybrid you may (or not) make a few bucks. If you are OTD at 32k I dont see a big profit margin for you. The only thing that makes sense about flipping a car to a dealer is few...
The steering wheel wag isn't much of a wag but the lane keeping sys must be turned on, it does not keep you in the lane just lets you know you cross the center or curb side painted lines. The accident avoidance feature doesn't do any more than the dash flash and a noise when you approach the...
There can be a big difference between trade in, wholesale or retail pricing. How fast do you want to move it, how many hoops do you want to jump through, condition of the truck, mileage, regional pricing. etc. so a lot of moving parts and no pat answer for a truck that has no track record...
My friend has a XLT AWD with the Conti tires and is looking at other options. He wants a good AT tire without going more than one size over nor will he be doing any off roading and would like a white letter tire. I think he just wants a little more meat without sacrificing mileage or...
I think one concern was available space under the bed. As noted it is a full size spare so no need to worry about the donut style limitations. Have to agree with everyone that Ford didn't do a good job calling it a full size spare when it's not a same size spare and they could of been more...
Prices are regional and even they vary. You ask 10 people and you will get 12 answers. We can all pretty much agree the XL is the value leader but not everyone wants a XL so for me the XLT is worth the extra money. I did own a Lariat but sold it so looks like the XLT is the Maverick in my...
My mistake,:coffee: it was cruise not 360 you couldn't get with the XL when I ordered my first truck in 6/21. Its nice to have choices so hope everyone gets what they want.
