I wonder if it would be safe to replace the console USB fuse with a 10A or 15A and use a USB to barrel plug adapter to power your laptop. You don't actually need an inverter just to use an AC adapter to convert back to DC. AFAIK the rear console USB has a 5A fuse behind it and the front ports wire directly to the infotainment system.
If I remember correctly, most laptops require 19VDC and a USB only gives 5VDC. Unless you can step up the voltage, it will not work.

It is much easier to get a cheap inverter to go from DC to AC and then just use the laptop's factory power adapter.

You're right. Most laptops with barrel plug charging require 19.5V input. Maybe the best solution for laptops is to use a 19.5V charger that plugs into the 12V accessory socket.

Second pic, what is the silver box with the cooling fins? Is that the inverter or the B&O amplifier? It's kind of big for a 400 watt inverter.
It's the B&O amp.

Has anyone verified the location of the actual inverter and not just the outlets?
I am a ford parts guy, our catalogs aren't totally reliable and there is a lot missing (I can't even look up an oil filter yet) but show the inverter in the center console, part # N1PZ19G317A

I am not doubting this information. Just checking. A Google search for N1PZ19G317A shows. "Cover - Low Air Pressure Sende - Ford (N1PZ-19G317-A)"

Ford's parts descriptions are complete nonsense half the time and getting worse every year. A few days ago I quoted a taillamp assy with the description "Bulb-exterior"(... the bulbs aren't even included with the lamp assembly).

Probably already answered, the finned aluminum box is the amplifier

The Inverter is NOT behind the Rear Seat.

My Hybrid Maverick has the 110V/400W option with the Outlet in the Cab.

The following are pictures behind the seat and of the outlet.

There are no modules mounted behind the rear seat so the inverter is somewhere else.
