  2. Final 2022 VINs by Close of Business 9/8. Reorder Banks Open 9/15. New Order Banks Open 9/30.

The best information we have to date is that Ford is not going to duplicate your '23 order. If you don't reorder you won't get one. You may go back and re-read or listen to what fordvideoguy has said: Starting at 2:16
  3. Will there realistically be any difference between 2022 and 2023 build quality?

It turns out that they were down last week and this week. Planned summer shutdown.
  4. Will there realistically be any difference between 2022 and 2023 build quality?

I received information the plant will be closed next week
  5. 2023 Maverick ORDER BANK opens AUGUST 2ND

First thing let me apologize. It was not my intent to upset you. I think we are both at fault here. I did not know you were asking for my background. You did not respond to one of my posts. You responded to another member’s post. I made the mistake in thinking you were asking for the background...
  6. Will there realistically be any difference between 2022 and 2023 build quality?

Wha What is getting worse with the manufacturing?
  7. 2023 Maverick ORDER BANK opens AUGUST 2ND

Now I understand. I was answering questions related to the Ford website.
  8. 2023 Maverick ORDER BANK opens AUGUST 2ND

What website ae we talking about and what makes it a shitty website?
  9. 2023 Maverick ORDER BANK opens AUGUST 2ND

The Ford website is only currently showing the 2022 model year as what was available before the orders were closed. I wouldn't read too much into what will be available for 2023. Possibly less colors. Maybe new ones.
  10. Are you ready for 2023? Rollover or new?

The SIBL was replaced in the 2022 Lux package with the SIBL. The 2023 Lux package may include the SIBL as well. You obviously can order what you want but your list contains a lot of constraint items. Three of which can be added by the dealer after your Maverick is delivered. The constraints...
  11. 2023 Maverick ORDER BANK opens AUGUST 2ND

I want to revise my answer. It is true that as far as we know the online "reservation" system will not be working for the 2023 maverick. You can still go to the Ford website and "build" your maverick. You can then print out your build and/or email it to your dealer. This is still working for...
  12. 2023 Maverick ORDER BANK opens AUGUST 2ND

Why do people always act rude right after writing, "I don’t want to come off rude" It's common knowledge that any accessory for the Maverick can become a constraint item and hold your build. If it can be added by the dealer of aftermarket it's better to order without.
  13. To those who have gotten the tailgate cables replaced under warranty...

Nw_adventure did not indicate if it was a Ford Accessory or aftermarket. I should have asked before responding. If it is a Ford Accessory for a Maverick he would not have to remove it.
  14. Canadian MY23 Order Bank opens??

My dealer said the same thing but it isn't true. I actually feel sorry for people who rely on their dealers for information.
  15. 2023 Maverick ORDER BANK opens AUGUST 2ND

Why is it that people always act rude right after they write, " I don’t want to come off rude" Do a little research before you post.....Google him!
  16. To those who have gotten the tailgate cables replaced under warranty...

I would take the strut off. In general dealers love to do warranty repairs but this cable length seems to be controversial issue. A lot of finger pointing. No need to give the dealer a reason to blame you.
  17. Has anyone been offered the "special discount" for taking delivery after the Year mark from ordering?

Specifically for a Maverick year wait. No. Just rumors. Ford has done this in the past for other models. Where a year wait was the extreme exception
  18. Whose Fault?

    It's Putin's fault........no wait it's the oil companies' fault......no wait it's the gas station's fault.....no wait........................
  19. Canadian MY23 Order Bank opens??

The Canadian ordering system is a mystery to us south of the border. I don't know how they can still take 2022 orders with the plant capacity maxed since January. Please let us know when you get a conformation from Ford. Some dealers in the US are taking "2023 orders" but what they are really...
