'23 Maverick Hybrid XL about 1300 miles.
Took delivery about a month ago.
Zero problems, so far.

I love the buttery-smooth transmission.

I see many posts on this forum that mention problems with Mav Hybrids like "Deep Sleep", axle problems, grabby brakes, etc. Are these the exception or the norm?

I'd like to know how many people on this forum have had NO problems with their Mav Hybrids.

Please comment only if yours is a Hybrid, with NO problems and please include:
1) Model Year
2) Month/Year of delivery
of problem free miles

My Hybrid Lariat, MY24 (23 rollover) is in production now (Oct 26, 2023) and I hope to have it soon. I'm optimistic that my Maverick will be problem free for many years and miles.

I got a 2022 lariat Hybrid deliviered in late 2022 with around 7K miles. I have 3 recalls without solutions including the engine shudder and the possible engine fire. Additionally, I've had issues with the paint that I've never had on a previous vehicle. Still love the vehicle, just wish Ford would get the recall stuff fixed.

2023 Lariat Hybrid. 3700 miles since September. No issues. Not even with the entertainment stuff.

Brakes? Yes they are different from other vehicles. I owned a Ford Cmax for several years. They were more or less the same. I am used to them. Best thing you can do is apply the brakes fairly hard the first chance each day you drive. That helps more than one might think to tone down the "grab".
