I see many posts on this forum that mention problems with Mav Hybrids like "Deep Sleep", axle problems, grabby brakes, etc. Are these the exception or the norm?

I'd like to know how many people on this forum have had NO problems with their Mav Hybrids.

Please comment only if yours is a Hybrid, with NO problems and please include:
1) Model Year
2) Month/Year of delivery
2) # of problem free miles

My Hybrid Lariat, MY24 (23 rollover) is in production now (Oct 26, 2023) and I hope to have it soon. I'm optimistic that my Maverick will be problem free for many years and miles.
Also, casual observation on this site seems to show more problems with hybrid than ecoboost?

My hybrid Maverick was a early build (Feb 2022) delivered March 9th no problems ever, had the recalls done when issued.

"Trouble Free" is a problematic term.
2023 XLT Hybrid
April 2023
10,000 more or less trouble-free miles

The day I picked up my Mav I got a notice "Blind Spot Detection with Cross Traffic" warning. I mentioned this at my first 5K miles scheduled service. This was one month after the "Vehicle may burst into flames" warning (or words to that effect. The dealer said Ford did not know how to fix the Burst into Flames thing, and they would fix the "Blind Spot Detection with Cross Traffic" warning thing when the fixed the flaming pile of poo thing.

The first firmware update fixed the "Funky Android Connect" thing that had driven me nuts the first three months. Other than these issue the truck has been great.

I have a 2023 XLT and took delivery on 5/31/23. The vehicle was considered used as it had 523 miles on it when I acquired it. It currently has 5850 miles on it and (fingers crossed) I have not had any issues. I also took it on a road trip from New England to the Carolinas with no issues other than a rock being kicked up from an 18 wheeler dinging the windshield.
good luck!!!

Mine is a 2022 XLT that was delivered in early March 2022. I now have 19784 miles. I guess I could nit pick it and say a couple of times it has clunked when switching from gas to electric, and maybe 2-3 times the brakes have grabbed. However, I never felt like anything has been frequent enough to take it in for service. I love this vehicle, and I'm still amazed that I paid MSRP($23990) for it and can get more for it than I paid! I won't give my MPGs for the last 4800mi because nobody would believe it(44.1)! There is NO better value out there!
